Leah crouched low, before jumping forward, between the vortexs, her shorter hair blowing in the breeze. She rolled in front if Roy and came up with a flat palm strike,
"Fuck you!!!"

The blow hits Roy sending him stumbling backward. "Ahh...faster than I expected." Surprisingly Roy gets up with a simple flip. Wordlessly he charges at Leah and goes for a swift kick to the gut.

"Holy shit..." Malus was stunned. "When did he learn to do that?"
"A month ago after ten days of practice. He's been serious about getting stronger. I just hope he can get through to Leah why." Masamune says.
Malus jumps. "AAHHH!!! You're as bad as Merlin."
"I try." Masamune says with a laugh.

The kick picks up Leah a bit, knocking the breath out of her. She regained her fury a moment later, and drove another palm strike into his stomach. Her martial arts training now apparent.
"Chinese Mandarin kung fu." She grunted.

"Not...bad." Roy says. "But you're wasting time talking." Roy recovers quickly and grabs onto her arm and does an over the shoulder throw, tossing her into the vortex of the closest Wind Column. "You won't go through but it should give you a nice toss."
He looks at his shirt and rips it off, it being damaged by the blade enough. His body showed off the scarring from the burn marks as well as several newer looking gashes and cuts. He resumes his fighting stance and waits for her inevitable recovery.

"I knew he buffed up but damn." Malus says. "But all those scars."
"From his new power. Control was an issue in the beginning." Masamune says. "He endured it for her though. Kept saying she was worth any pain or any blood."

Merlin sighed and facepalmed, shaking his head. He had managed to transport them to the arena when Leah lunged at Roy, but this premature fighting was starting to annoy him. "Could the rest of you please not start fighting until I give the ok? Just because I can teleport you anywhere doesn't mean I like to be forced to.," he said with great exasperation. "Also, nice of you to join us Masamune. Do you like the arena? I figured I'd make one since people keep destroying my courtyard constantly."
Kami didn't really care much for the Roy and Leah fight. She was too busy making sure Nabiki was ok. "All that, and you only lose a tooth? I think someone got lucky."

"Well I got a few bruises here and there. But I'm a tough gal, I was made for sturdiness." Nabiki says as she holds Kami. "You're sweet for worrying though." She says as she kisses her on the cheek. "Ow..." Nabiki looks at Kami. "Kris wants to talk. I'm gonna go hear him out. Be right back."
"It's not bad. I'm impressed at the work it took." Masamune took another look around.
"Love waits for no man, especially when it involves a fight." Malus says in a worried tone."

"Actually babe, I'll be back, my shoulder and Wing took a pretty good dip. I'll be back in time for your match though, I won't miss that for the world." He says kissing her hand.
Kris walked slowly out of the arena, trying to find a place to wait and concentrate on the Harrowing he'd be going through soon.

"I can be." Kalsifer says in a really creepy tone as he appears walking by with a bag of popcorn. he laughs and continues on.

Zain looks at Kami "You...wanna' go watch the test?" he asks. he was happy because over the past months he had found himself able to use what Kalsifer called his 'charming voice' with Kami in a genuine way. he holds out his hand to her and smiles.

"Uh...ok.," Kami says, taking Zain's hand. She looked over to where Nabiki had walked off with Kris for a few seconds before shaking her head. Looking back at Zain, she smiled and asked, "Got any good spots in mind?"
