((OOC: Uh...guess I should have said this before hand, but the observation booth is enclosed and above the arena so you can't really just jump out or whatever. I was going to have Merlin just teleport you two to the center of the arena. Try not to jump the gun so fast anymore guys ^^  ) Merlin sighed and shook his head. He had teleported them both down to the arena, but purposely made it seem to them like they had just walked down there to mess with them. "You may begin!," he said to them both, amplifying his voice so that it boomed throughout the arena. |

Kris stepped to his right, and brought his blade down, so that the tip touched the floor.
"You're move Nabs." He said with a smile.
Leah smiled as Kris readied himself.
"Beat that bitch, cause then youre mine."she said in a hushed tone. She stared at Roy who she had purposely stood away from. She wanted to see if he'd follow her, it was a fun game she had going.

Roy smirked and walked over to her. "You're trying to bait me aren't you?" Roy says. "Not working. I just came to tell you that I'm not letting you get to me until after I win." He smiles. "I can't lose, not when I can fight Kris next."

"Wait, you want to fight Kris, why?" Leah said with odd look at Roy.
"Idiot, I'm not sure what you're planning, but don't act tough." She said looking away.
Kris stared at Nabi waiting for her move.

"I know how you look at him. I've always known. You're attracted to him and have been all this time." Roy says. "I am ok with how you are like that but...I can't just sit back and be weak. I'm your boyfriend, I want you to look at me with those eyes." He looks at her with an eerie calm and confidence that he never really shown before.
"So...I've trained myself for months for a chance like this. I'm going to prove myself to be his better in a fight. I'm going to beat him...then hopefully next take down Issac and end this thing with him here and now. Then I'm taking the win and proving the weak little me has grown into something more than I've been seen as all this time." Roy smiles.

Kris jumped forward while spinning, and avoided the rock. He landed on his feet, and shot forward, he "sprinted" forward, and jumped above Nabiki, his face only a few inches from hers, While above her, his right wing exploded outward, and the force spun him while still in the air. He threw his right leg out as he went, hoping to slam his kick on her shoulder.
Leah glared at him.
"You don't know shit." She spat, her features seemed to sharpen, before going normal. She hissed at him before turning away, her tail smacking his face.

"Really?" Roy says, rubbing his face. "Then why do you keep looking at me and talking to me like I'm a boy? I'm the same age as him and Dragon's don't have that kind of maturing difference so we're on the same level there." Roy looks at her. "I want you to see me for what I really am, is that so wrong?"

Roy blocks the tail. "No, it's not like that at all. I just...it's...if I can beat Kris I can beat anyone that tries to hurt you. And yes a bit of it is I want to prove I'm better than him. Maybe I'm scared that I'm going to fall short of what I expect of me when it comes to you. Maybe I'm scared Issac, Match or someone else is going to push you too far and cause you to leave to protect your secret."
Roy puts his hand on her shoulder. "I can't lose you. You mean too much to me, so much that I'd think I'd lose the will to live if you were no longer a part of my life. So I need to prove to myself that I can put it all on the line for you. And it's not because you're weak or anything stupid like that." Roy says. " Someone once told me 'A man needs to fight for his girl no matter what.' I need to test myself...to see if I can fulfill that promise. That I'd be willing to stand between you and Snape if I had to even. Not a macho thing at all. I just want to be a man worthy of you."
