Name: Zheng Di

History: A perfected clone of Zheng Yuan made at the same time as Yuan's death, Di is meant to fill the void of his son and serve as a representative of the Zheng family. Seeking to surpass his predecessors, Di is a willing and loyal soldier.

Powers: He can morph into a stronger version of Yuan's Tiger form, faster and more dangerous than before. He has also been given the DNA of someone that died during Hercules, the power of Matter ingestion, which means in short he can consume anything with no negative side effects, making things like armor and such useless to him. This is assisted by acidic saliva and a stronger set of jaw muscles. He can consume matter in both forms.

Weaknesses: His is a bit more feral than Yuan and D...in both forms. He is also dangerous to be around as he is cannibalistic and his nature comes with an appetite to match.

Name: Proto

Age: Unknown, it is hard to pinpoint when he became truly alive.

Moral stance: Chaotic neutral

Appearance:

History: A prototype cyborg body developed by the Midnighters (Nathan and Walsh specifically). Proto was simply an artifical test body for new upgrades and see what a human body could take. However none of them could predict that it would take a life of it's own.

Becoming self aware for the first time, Proto realized what he was and wanted nothing more to do with it. He broke out and ran off. He has shown up here and there over the course of his life fighting the Midnighters, seeking revenge for all the abuse he ever felt.

Powers: Proto is a technoorganic cyborg developed by the Midnight Organization who can alter his body into numerous types of weaponry and devices based on the schematics he has been programmed with. Not only does he have a fair amount of midnighter tech but his own intelligence is high enough for him to develop his own modifications. He also possesses an infinite ammunition supply due to a perpetual energy generator and the fact that he crates his own projectiles via a nanomachine system within his body based on what he needs.

Paraphernalia: He wilds a gun that he mad that can be modified like his own systems. He usually possesses a back mounted jetpack too.

Weaknesses: Proto is unused to his new found humanity and has trouble grasping some of it's concepts. He also has a problem with understanding that there are Midnightrs that have reformed out there in the world.

Name: 'Big Bad' Carl Ozaki

Age: 35

Moral stance: Neutral

Appearance:

History: By looks Carl is not one to carry such a name or appear as a biker at all but that is only because he has let himself go a bit. While in no way did he have the physique of a body builder he didn't look as disheveled as he does now. However his power has never been stronger. A part of James' gang who escaped, Carl has been on the run, trying to hide his appearance and scape the eyes of the Midnighters, but running into Emilio has brought him back, with the hope that his running could end at last.

Powers: He can bring his thoughts to life with a combination of dream and matter manipulation. it is nearly reality warping yet Carl has his limitations. However he can do much with and is quit creative.

Paraphernalia: He still has his old Harley. He couldn't part with that.

Weaknesses: he cannot warp reality or space/time and often holds himself back. Like he won't attempt to recreate the dead or anything he sees as inhumane or amoral.

Name: Nick Thunder

Age: 26

Moral stance: Good

Appearance:

History: Born Nicholos Benjamin Boskowitz and born in a small town in Idaho, Nick knew he wanted something more than living in his little town. He was fascinated by Hollywood action stars and when he was 16 he moved to Boise where he found and studied at a Jeet Kun Do dojo as well as taking up Tae Kwon Do.

Having finished his studies he moved to California and legally changed his name to Nick Thunder. He caught the eye of a movie director who was looking for a new face for a movie and thus the career of Nick Thunder was born.

That's what the public knows of him. What they don't know is that during a solo training session on day a power manifested as flames enshrouded his hands. What even Nick doesn't know is that his director is a Midnighter agent who is scouting for talent in the hopes of creating public faces for the new world.

Powers: Nick can generate flame and enshroud himself in it. He is immune to fire in all of it's forms too. He cannot fly but he can create fireballs and throw them with fairly good accuracy.

Paraphernalia: Nothing, Nick Thunder just needs his fists baby.

Weaknesses: Like most fire users water and oxygen deprivation can neutralize his powers. Nick is also very arrogant and is easily distracted by beautiful women.

Name: Hyperion (Formely Art Dobson)

Age: 36

History: A former Hollywood bodyguard, Art was taken by the Midnighters and converted into a special type of Cyborg that can conceal their armor. He currently serves as the Midnighters eyes and ears, watching over Nick Thunder as a sleeper agent, posing as his bodyguard.

Powers: Hyperion can form energy constructs a will. Given his new robotic mind he can use this power with deadly precision. He can also focus this energy into his chest and fire powerful blasts of burning energy. He also has enhanced strength and speed in both forms and is bulletproof even in his 'human' form.

Paraphernalia: Nothing

Weaknesses: He is more vulnerable as a human and is subject to the typical weaknesses of a cyborg. However it is noted his combat ability is much higher than most.

Name: Cronus (formerly Dale Benson)

Age: 42

Moral stance: Evil

History: A former Hollywood bodyguard, Dale was taken by the Midnighters and converted into a special type of Cyborg that can conceal their armor. He currently serves as the Midnighters eyes and ears, watching over Nick Thunder as a sleeper agent, posing as his bodyguard.

Powers: Cronus can create a subspace pocket where he stores weapons. His limbs and chest are also augmented with his power to switch out his arms with weaponry and fire different projectiles from his chest. He can also create short range pockets for travel purposes and can even pull people into it. He also has enhanced strength and speed in both forms and is bulletproof even in his 'human' form.

Paraphernalia: You don't have enough words for me to type all his subspace arsenal.

Weaknesses: If one can predict his movements one can anticipate where he would emerge from a travel hole. His travel ability is limited to a 20 foot radius. Plus he has typical cyborg weaknesses.

Name: Heishiro Kanzuki

Age: 54

Moral stance: Lawful neutral

Appearance:

History: The grandfather of the Gabes, Heishiro was one of the Midnighters at one time, though his time would begin to end the moment his daughter Jennifer got involved with Zheng Tao. His corruption and cruelty eventually forced Jennifer to betray Tao and flee, an act that lead to her death.

Seeking revenge and the safety of his Grandson, Heishiro battled Tao on on one and lost the fight, his arms and almost his life.

His body was found by allies, who brought him to someone that could restore him via cybernetic implants. Now he fights to crush Tao and the Midnighters to pay them back for all he has lost, wondering of his Grandson's ultimate fate.

Powers: Heishiro could generate powerful thermal blasts from his hands, now amplified through powerful lenses on his arms. This power also somehow granted him the ability to fly through unexplained means, though this is not a second power. His cybernetics grant him much strength and his right eye is now cybernetic and possesses a targeting system to help him fire his blasts.

Paraphernalia: None.

Weaknesses: Too much use of his blasts and his arms will overheat and potentially become damaged.

Name: Takeaki Minikami & Kuroko

Age: 22

Moral stance: Lawful neutral (Kuroko chatoic neutral)

Appearance:

Kuroko in full control:

History: A friend of the family, Takeaki came under the care of Heishiro when his powers manifested, forming a symbiotic counterpart he has named Kuroko. Over time Heishiro taught the newborn entity much while teaching Takeaki control. When Heishiro was nearly killed it was Takeaki who savd him, but at the cost of his eyes. Now Kuroko serves as his sight, allowing Takeaki to see through him.

Powers: He possesses a symbiotic being named Kuroko that manifested itself into existence when Takeaki was eight, though he claimed he was always there. Kuroko is formed out a liquid organic mass that can envelop Takeaki and form various weapons. He can also turn whatever part he envelops of Takeaki into his own biomass, essentially making him into a liquid himself. Kuroko can shape shift and form weapons from himself as well as sprout wings and fly.

Paraphernalia: Nothing

Weaknesses: Kuroko sometimes wishes to take over their body, and sometimes does so at the wrong time. Since Takeaki cannot see he relies on Kuroko.
