Nice map, I'm impressed...only problem though, Maltorin has no river...how do they survive with a desert and no source of fresh water, lol? those are just the major rivers and lakes. there are obviously more. like how on a map of the US, you see the Mississippi, but not the rivers in western New York.

good news...um sorta. hopefully by ummmmm Saturdayish? I should have finished the enormous country maps.
Each have been blown up and I have painstakingly plotted major Cities, towns, villages, Forts, temple, castles, etc.
so hopefully Ink and I will shop em and get em online soon. That way you can plan more characters, locations for characters, where you want them to go, and some strategy for when you plan attacks on certain places.

Galiere 1.) Ferresis- The capitol of Galiere, famous for it's white marble palace and beautiful fountains and view of the nearby Eodri River. Many scholars look in the royal library, one of the largest in the world, for infromation on all subjects. 2.) Fort Aldor- A medium sized fort to the east of Ferresis. It's high towers and defensive position along the Eodri River make it a very defensible position. A large hill to the southeast in adorn with a tower, which through smoke signals, sends messages to the main fortress, making it even more defensible. 3.) Port Halth- A large sea-faring city. It's wealth is based on fishing, and trade along the Eodri River. Large buildings and warehouses are plenty, for longer sea-trade with far-away nations. Known for it's hearty sailors, navy, and merchants. 4.) Rabont- A large city on Lake Lamill. Some trade along the Lake and river is noticable, however major trade is for it's fruit. Outside the city are large fruit orchards of apples, oranges, and pears. Wealthy land owners live lavishly in the city, making a hefty profit on the rare fruits. 5.) Tishony Temple- A large temple that is dedicated to it's image as the location of the Landing of the Gods. It's is believe by most around that it was at this site the gods came down to imprison chaos in the Fire Emblem. However this is disputed by another Temple in Isolion 6.) Majyrus- A small town that stands as the midway point on the land route between Rabont and Ferresis. It is a logging town known for at's loggers as well as artisans of wood. Most business comes from fruit trade from Rabont, or it's exports of wood. The Utova Woods lie to the East, between Majyrus and the small town of Luel. 7.) Luel- A small town of only about 60. The buildings are located in a main cluster at the center of town. The town is known for it's small church and abbey, that make a variety of salves and vulneries. 8.) Tearen's Outpost- A small fort near the Paenian Mountains. This recently established outpost was named after the famous Wyvern Knight of Galiere, Tearen. After Prince Mackenzie's 2nd Campaign this outpost was used to keep tabs on Maltorin activity. It's small size may make it hard to defend, but it is usually manned by Pegasus riders and Wyvern Riders, who can alert Galiere of any oncoming attacks. 9.) Quorni School of Magic- A very small exclusive institute of learning the arcane arts. It is a small black castle with high spires. Only the best, or richest students can enroll in this school. 10.)Pailus- A small village to the southweast of the Quorni School of Magic. It's founder Quorni was born here. This village is a basic rural village with most of it's revenue coming from agriculture. 11.) Temple of the Archury- A mysterious temple near the Paenian Mountains. Known mostly for it's high, pointy silver spires. Many priests and clerics live here. 12.) Fortori Castle- A large stone castle. It is the biggest military structure in southern Galiere. It's placement on a high ledge makes it a ease to defend. Famous Kings of Galiere have led battles from this castle, including the 50 Day Siege of Fortori during the Taman Wars. Troops placed here include a majority of Knights, and Cavalier. 13.) Itova- A medium sized town located between Fortori Castle and The Linval Academy. This town is located along a major trade route, and flourishes from the trade and merchants through the area. This town is also know for a great library, only surpassed by Otern and Ferresis. A great many scholars also pass through here. 14.) The Linval Academy- A medium sized castle owned by the kind Lord Linval. He has converted his castle to an Academy for Training recruits in both military, and other means. They are taught basic fighting, battle tactics, history, mathematics, some horseplay, and even some magic. The castle has larges walls and is also easily converted as a fortress for military means. 15.) Otern- A large open city near the border of Galiere and Alba. Many dilplomatic venues between the two nations are held here. Numerous scholars, and diplomats live here. Citizens are from both Alba and Galiere. The city also has the seconded largest library in Galiere. 16.) Slatesgrad- A medium sized town near the Paenian Mountains. The town has a large wooden wall. The town's main source of revenue is it's mining in the Paenian Mountains. Many strong Warriors also come from here. 17.) Canennor- A small village close to the border of Isolion. It's main source of revenue is logging and some agriculture. It seems to have a grudge with the neighboring village of Abelithor. 18.)Abelithor- A small Village close to the border of Isolion. It's main source of revenue is mining and some agriculture. Ir seems to have a grudged with the neighboring village of Canennor.

Maltorin 1.) Sibonius- The capitol of Maltorn. It is known for it's impressive military complex, and formidable palace. The city around the castle thrives on trade and military means. The palace itself is built in layers, making it easy to defend. It is also known for it's Temple of Shamans. 2.)Fort Karyt- Named after a famous Berserker, who led Maltorin to a great victory against marauding pirates, Fort Karyt is a medium sized fortress placed along a highly used roadway. It provides a first line of defense against any northern intrusion in Maltorin. 3.) Port Wamon- A large sea trading city. The city is known for it's trade with Owgron, along with land trade to Sibonius. This city has high stone walls for easy defense, and a well trained division of archers along with a band of local mercenaries. 4.) Varmus- A medium sized town. It's revenue comes from some trade to Owgron, but mostly fishing. 5.) Port Anamato- A large sea trading city. The city trades highly with Owgron, and has many wolves accually residing here. The city is a symbol for fostering relations between Maltorin and Owgron, and even more so between beorc and laguz. 6.) Fort Jestiel- A Large fortress created after Prince Mackenzie's 2nd campaign. Maltorin Prince Mackenzie sought more land and attacked Galiere. After pushing far into Galiere, he was eventually pushed back. A treaty was signed that allowed Maltorin to have an outpost on the western side of the Paenian Mountains. Fort Jestiel, was build as a supply station. This fortress was originally used to supply labor and building supplies. Now it is mostly an undermanned post with not a lot of purpose in Maltorin battle strategy. 7.) Fort Mackenzie- After Prince Mackenzie’s 2nd campaign, which acquired Maltorin land on the western side of the Paenian Mountains, this outpost was built using supplies and labor from Fort Jestiel. Maltorin claims it to be a simple Wyvern rider training post, however it is a highly impressive grey castle with large thick walls. It is mostly manned by Wyvern Riders. 8.) Fort Evannast-Maltorin’s largest fortress. Built out of solid grey rocks, the imposing structure is a large fort built for the most impressive battles. Most of the Maltorin army trains here. It’s walls can stand ballista fire for ages, and it is a perfect castle to defend in a siege. Usually manned by hundreds of thousands, this castle has a variety of all kinds of soldiers. 9.) Riria- A small village in the middle of Maltorin. Despite being small, traffic to the village is large with many trade route passing through here. Most of it’s revenue comes from it’s textile and leather industry. Both the public and Maltorin army buy leather from Reria to create clothing and armor. A local band of mercenaries keep the village safe. 10.) Brimstone- A medium village near the Naeces Desert. Almost constantly pounded by sandstorms this village is almost under constant twilight. When it is not a hot sandstorm out, the nights are cool. The village itself is mostly wooden with many bars and brothels. Not many travel here as it is a lawless town filled with criminals and thieves. 11.) Zaivyn Temple- A medium sized temple in the middle of Maltorin. A dark castle with high towers and spires. Once a military base, now it is a temple for Shamans. 12.) Tarzde Keep- A medium sized castle in the south of Maltorin. It has high white walls, with an impressive wooden drawbridge. Used as a defense on the southern border, it was once a secret castle for King Xamose of Maltorin during Maltorin’s Civil War. Many Warriors, Generals, and Soldiers make up the military here. 13.) Garan- A small town in southern Maltorin. It is a very remote town, only just big enough to be called a town and not a village. Much of there revenue comes from agriculture and some logging from the surrounding forests. 14.) Yara – a medium sized village in the south of Maltorin. On the tributary to the Idrandra River, this town experiences much trade with Sadsgow and Alba. It is a decent clean town, with many items from different countries. 15.) Iates- A small village near the soth of Maltorin, located between Yara and Castle Norvise. It is a small poor town with dirty conditions, and little population. It’s only trade comes from Yara and Castle Norvise, however Castle Norvise is known more for it’s commandeering of Iates goods. It only revenue comes from small trade and agriculture. 16.) Castle Norvise- A small castle near the southern border of Maltorin. What it lacks in size it makes up for in it’s positon. To the east is the Aitian Mountains, to the west a tributary of the Idrandra river. It is located in an area above the flood plains. Any invading army that does not know of the seasonal floods would either have to march through chest deep water, or head straight for Castle Norvise. It is usually manned by Soldiers, and Myrmidons. 17.) Shiriac Ruins- Once the largest city of the Phoenix race. Many Phoenix Laguz lived here. It was basically the Phoenix capitol, very few Phoenix lived outside of Shiriac, because they loved to live together which made it all the more easier to lead to their extinction. The ruins are that of a normal city. Basic buildings for commoners line the outside. Slight damage and intrusion by robbers can be seen here. However in the middle stands mighty spires of the royal castle, including an incredibly tall middle tower that was said to be a way to communicate with their patron god, Ravenoc. These spires lie untouched by any. If you are able to traverse the treacherous desert, you can see that mighty middle tower from a long distance away, almost glowing.

Alba 1.) Abyga- The capitol of Alba, Albyga is a large city on the northern section of the Idrandra River. Known for it’s beauty, most residents live in peace and happiness. Many gardens, and beautifully built buildings make it a wonderful place to live. Instead of a royal family, Alba has a chancellor. Every few years a council of the people decides who will be best to lead Alba. This chancellor makes many decisions, but must defer to the council for many larger decisions. He lives in a small mansion in the middle of Abyga. Abyga is also known for it’s numerous schools, and professors, but mostly Sages as Alba is a country full of magic. 2.) The Celeol Academy of the Arcane Arts- An enormous castle in the northern most section of Alba, on the other side of the Paenian Mountains. Establish during the Treaty of Syraen, Alba become the ally of Galiere and was given land northwest of the Paenian mountains as a sign of goodwill. Soon after, an enormous academy was built with a duel effort from Galiere and Alba to foster more goodwill, and to provide an institution for high learning. The academy is the greatest school for mages on the continent of Rettiar. The castle is a huge white and grey stone castle with large walls, high towers, and inside is a large courtyard for training and relaxation. Both a school and a great military structure, this fortress could last a stupendous siege. This is also the holding place of the Alba Fire Emblem piece. 3.) Burthor Academy- A medium sized castle, once owned by Lord Burthor. It is a black castle with little defense in its wall height or thickness, but tall towers and a complex structure. Now it is a school for those interested in battle. Most of those that come here, come for it’s fame Cavalier course which trains those for horseback combat. However the do have other basic courses like battle tactics, history, fencing, swordplay, and even some magic. A majority of it’s students are Cavalier or Mage Knights. 4.) Jaceo- A medium village east of the Burthor Academy. The village is a nice clean village with decent stone houses. Most of it’s revenue comes from agriculture or logging, as a quaint forest runs all around it. It will often get students from the Burthor Academy, either classes that ride their horses to the village and back, or students who ride by in their spare time to relax and enjoy the small town feel. 5.)Fort Ducaer- A medium sized fortress to the northeast of Abyga. It’s placement along a overland trade route makes it a perfect position. It’s large wooden structure make it a target for fire, however multiple attempts to burn it have all ended in vain. It is usually manned by Rangers, Archers, and Warriors. 6.) Ladela Temple- A medium sized temple on Lake Danu. It is a tall white, multi-spire temple that stands on a hill overlooking the Lake. There are many who come from around the world to view this magnificent church. Many Bishops, Clerics, and Priests live here. 7.) Grayvald- A medium sized village on the northern shore of Lake Danu. The town is spread out as houses on the water. Almost all residences make their money and living by fishing the rich waters of Lake Danu. 8.) Fort Soresso- A small fort in the east of Alba, east of Lake Danu. A first a trading outpost, the government increased it’s stone walls, and build extra additions. Still considered a major trading post, Fort Soresso has little defensive capabilities. It is usually manned by Soldiers, Myrmidons, and Fighters. 9.) Tavortian- A medium sized town on the Idrandra River. It’s a majo stop along the Idrandra river. Most of it’s revenue comes from fishing and trade from Alba, Isolion, and Sadsgow. Most of the buildings are older, but the town is in the process of expanding. 10.) Myv Academy- A small school located east of the lower section of the Idrandra River. It is an elite school for those interested in becoming Sages. The castle consist of a few black spires. Competition to this school is very difficult, as it is only surpassed by The Celeol Academy of the Arcane Arts and some schools in Abyga. 11.) Orfis- A small village located between Myv Academy and The Temple of Vael. It is a small, dispersed village. It gets most of its revenue from agriculture and some mining. 12.) Temple of Vael- A medium sized temple in southern Alba. Adorn by large silver-grey spires, on top of a hil, The Temple of Vael is home to many Shamans. The temple teaches students how to use these darker arts in a positive light. The students are mainly Shamans, Druids, and Necromancers.

Isolion 1.) Lucevus- The capitol of Isolion, Lucevus is an impressive city built between two rivers. Besides the trade along the river, Lucevus is also known for its amazing agriculture. The center of a highly religious nation, Lucevus has numerous temples, and buildings dedicated to the gods. Besides that it is hard to tell home from church as the architecture from all buildings is supreme. At the heart of Lucevus is a extremely large cathedral, which is considered their capitol building, and also a storage place for the Isolion Fire Emblem Piece. This main cathedral has four separate chambers each dedicated to one of the four gods of Rettiar. It is connected by a middle chamber, where on the wall is a huge mural said to be given by the gods, that depicts all the gods. It is said it is through this mural that the gods watch over the mortal world. There are hundreds of other churches in Lucevus, besides the main cathedral. Many citizens are Clerics, Priests, Bishops, and Light Mages. 2.) Morvin- A small town near the northern border of Isolion. Near the Paenian Mountains, most of the town revenue comes from the mountain, in forms of mining, logging, and animal hunting. The houses are old wooden buildings strewn around the base of a mountain. 3.) Fort Nyzin- A medium sized fortress near the Elameli Mountains. Long ago during the Taman Wars, this was used as a fortress for the Taman, an extreme Religious faction that sought to eradicate those against order. After the wars, Isolion converted it to a military fortress. It now serves as a fisrt line of defense against northern attacks. The castle has tall grey stone walls, built from stone from the Elameli Mountains. It is usually manned by Pegasus Knights, Archers, Soldiers, and some Mages. 4.) Walous- A medium sized village on the western coast of Isolion, it is near the Elameli mountains. Known mostly for it’s fishing and small sea trade, Walous is easily missed as it is often very foggy. 5.) Iore- A large city near the Elameli Mountains. The town is very orderly, with large stone buildings built in perfect placement. Most of the towns revenue comes from it’s mining business. The mountains are rich in iron ore, perfect for making weapons. The city’s iron extraction, refinement and trade make it an extremely rich and important city. 6.) Castle Lasan- A large castle near the Paenian Mountains. The castle’s height, mirrors that of the mountains around it. It is a tall white castle build from stone and marble. Named after a famed Pegasus Knight, Lasan castle is not only a military post, but a training ground for Pegasus riders. This fort is usually manned by Pegasus Knights and Falcon Knights. 7.) Fort Gert- A small fortress on the northern border of Isolion. Built of large grey stone, this fortress is on a hill, which provides an excellent vantage point for the defenders. It is usually manned by Archers, Soldiers, Fighters, and some Pegasus Knight. 8.) Salvaan- A medium sized town on the Yinima River. This town experiences positive trade along this river. This town is also known for its textiles. 9.) Temple of Ravenoc- A large temple located near the Elameli mountains. It has large orange spires, and is brightly colored. This temple is dedicated to the god Ravenoc. 10.) Temple of Lasir- A large temple located near Lucevus. It has a large whit bell tower, and a view of the Yinima river. This temple is dedicated to the goddess Lasir. 11.) Temple of Tanaki- A large temple located to the west of the Yinima river and not too far fro Lucevus. It is surrounded by a forest and is convered by vines. This temple is dedicated to the goddess Tanaki. 12.) Fort Hadric- Named after a famous General, Fort Hadric is a medium sized fortress located south of the Elameli Mountains. It’s large size and thick stone walls, make it an excellent fortress for sieges. It is usually manned by Soldiers, Knights, and Generals. 13.) Arvan- A medium sized town on the Yinima river. The town is home to many retired fishermen and sailors, along with pirate. Trade along the river keeps the town thriving. 14.) Clairfeld Castle- A medium sized castle build from quartz, it stands on the southern coast of Isolion overlooking the water. Many royalty and famous people have spent vacations here, but it is also a very defensible postion. To the south is sheer cliff, straight down to sharp rocks and a watery death, to the west is the Yinima river, which minimizes the possible attacking direction to North and East. It is usually manned by Pegasus Knights, Archers, Soldiers, and Myrmidon. 15.) Tiforty Temple- A large temple that is dedicated to it’s image of the landing spot of the gods. It is believed by all those around that when the gods came to the mortal world to imprison chaos, they landed at this temples site. This is disputed by another Temple in Galiere. 16.) Posterge- A small village near the Evarine Mountains. The town is found along a trade route a get many visitors. Their main form of revenue is agriculture and some trade. 17.)Temple of Diforth- A small temple to the northeast of Posterge. It is a shabby looking temple made of dulls stones. A band of poor Priests and Clerics live here, who have taken vows of poverty. It is through good will, and prayer, that they keep the temple running, and keep food in their stomachs. 18.) Jiorde- A medium sized town on the Idrandra River. Trade with Alba, and even some with Maltorin have helped build this town. Overland trade throughout Isolion has also helped bolster its economy. 19.) Fort Zarj- A medium sized fort on the Idrandra River. It has tall towers and a decent wall made of black stone. With it’s southern wall to the Idrandra river and Jiorde close by this Fort is readily supplied with goods and troops making it an excellent siege fortress. It is usually manned by Soldiers, Myrmidons, Fighters, and Pegasus Knights. 20.) Port Varen- A major port of the eastern coast of Isolion. Major trade with Sadsgow have made this city rich and booming. With fishing and trade, this city is also easily defendable from both harbor, and land attacks. It has a guard of Pirates, Fighters, Myrmidons, Archers, and some Pegasus Knights.
