Alrighty, here's my characters then.
Name: (ah, screw it. Don't take it the wrong way though...after you read this...) Morgen Randall
Age: 17
Marked: Yes
Appearance: Yeah, if you know what I look like, there ya go. Medium length red hair, brown eyes, 145 pounds, not very muscular, 5 feet 8 and a half inches tall, size 10 shoes, the works.
Personality: Critical and sarcastic, Morgen often says things how he views them. He's pretty smart, but lacking in the common sense department. Here's an "anime" version of what Morgen looks like:
The only thing is, like, get rid of what it says on the hoody, and ignore all the feathers and the kinda, like, "gay" or cute appeal the pic has. Otherwise, pretty accurate anime version. Oh, make the eyes brown too.
Bio: Morgen life pretty much sucks. He's got this mark on him that makes it so he has to participate in this very OLD war with some other people who can turn into animals. He's lazy and doesn't even have a girl friend. His family is full of fruitcakes. And, to top it all off, Morgen has the WORST transmogrification he has ever heard of. Others turn into bears, wolves, birds, any cool animal. What does Morgen turn into? Another human...and a girl at that. Yep, Morgen's isn't just some transmogrification, its a trans-gender-ification. F*** you world...
History: Morgen's family didn't get affected by the seal because at the time the weren't really active in the war. Afterwards, however, the decided that they probably should've helped their other marked brethren more, and as such are biding their time until what they will believe shall be an eventual resurgence of the marked upon the world. This time, they will help their allies.
Transforms into: A girl. Plain and simple really. Looks about the same as himself, except obviously female and probably a bit more attractive than Morgen himself looks. (Oh yes, the jokes shall roll indeed...((I EXPECT to see some characters making fun of Morgen at his expense ^^))) Here is an example of what Morgen looks like while transformed:
Ok, just make the hair as red as the other pic for what he normally looks, get rid of the tie, and probably add some clothes that are a little too big and no bra, since he doesn't usually change into girl clothes while transformed. Otherwise, pretty accurate rendition.
Powers: Now, here is probably the only plus side to Morgen's transformation. While in this form, he gains the ability to create and control any and all electricity. He can suck power from batteries, discharge large static bolts, anything electric-related, he...er...she can do. The only problem is he has to transform to be able to do it...(for a more concrete idea of what he can do, imagine Cole from Infamous[also, the powers are still developing, so he may gain more abilities as time progresses])
Likes: Video games, having fun, fighting
Dislikes: Having to transform, the age-old war, people making jokes at his expense
Mark: Its on the back of his right hand. It looks like the universal symbols for male and female combined.

Age: 17
Marked: Just recently got marked after an incident involving a fight between Morgen and Derrick
Appearance: Medium long brown hair, hazel eyes, about 2 inches shorter than Morgen when he's not transformed (otherwise they're about the same height), wears a t-shirt v-neck and kaki's with shoes usually.
Personality: More easy going than Morgen, she often tries to get him to go out and do things. She doesn't mind hanging around him and sticks up for him when others decide to poke fun at his "weak points". After all, that's her job!
Bio: Alli is Morgen's friend from high school. When his family moved there, he thought he'd try and hang out with people from the other gender, in hopes he could get a girlfriend. While that plan didn't really work so well, he did get Alli as a friend, which is pretty nice. She later found out about Morgen's family and their "abilities" after walking in on Morgen charging his dad's car for him one day...and seeing the "different" look he had. As such, she mostly just teases him all the time about it, but still stays pretty good friends with him, thinking the benefits outweigh the cons. Besides, as she puts it, who else is going to help him with buying clothes?
Transforms into: Just like Morgen, Alli now changes gender! However, since she's already a girl, she turns into a boy.
Powers: Unknown as of yet.
Name: Derrick Connors
Age: 21
Marked: No, but transforms.
Appearance: Derrick has sort of a punk look, dying strands of his long black hair purple at the end. He's not goth or emo, just "punk". He wears a black leather coat with a black shirt underneath that has a skull on it. He has black pants too, but not slim, skin tight jeans. he also has a chain that goes down his right leg from his top pocket to another pocket.
Personality: Derrick is rebellious and doesn't take kindly to others telling him what to do. Still, he's not so arrogant as to not listen to advice and is willing to hear what someone else has to say. Just don't try to force your opinion onto him.
Bio: Derrick is a man who has just reached the age of 21. Finally unrestricted from doing just about anything, he's off to do whatever he wants to do, however he wants to do it. That means being more active than the rest of his family and actually looking for remnants of the "infula ex malum". Having just arrived in Morgen's town, he's on the look out for any suspicious activity that might hint at any marked in the area.
Transforms into: A large scorpion. He gains increased armor because of the exoskeleton and a poisonous attack with his stinger.
Powers: Derrick can create all sorts of poisons to inject into enemies from his tail. He can also fire the poison out from the tail in blobs. He's currently trying to see if he can make acid to shoot from the tail too, but the results are variable (what happened to his last car is proof of the variability).
Name: Collin Randall
Age: 14
Marked: Yes. His mark is on his chest. It looks like:
The blue and white coloring he had an actual tattoo artist add to make it look "cooler" after saving up money for a few months.
Appearance: Collin is about a couple inches shorter than Morgen, with the top of his head being just at eye level. He has short black hair and is more muscular than Morgen since he's more physically active. He usually where's silky-material sports shorts and a T-shirt that either says something on it or has a logo for one of his favorite bands/brands/sports teams. He also usually wears white and gray shoes with white socks.
Personality: Collin is more realistic than Morgen and more, well, popular with kids his age than Morgen is. He's very loyal to family and friends and will stand up for them if someone tries messing with them, often causing retaliation for strikes against them. Still, with that, he can sometimes be an air head and a bit oblivious.
Powers: Colln's powers are two fold. The first part affects him and allows him to remember anything he sees perfectly, sort of like photographic memory, except more like video-graphic memory. The second part allows him to be able to help out nearby allies by increasing their physical strength and improve the power of their powers.
Transforms into: An older version of himself with expert military training and survival skills along with precise tactical abilities. Collin's transformation is unique in the fact that he becomes older and always seems to manifest with an ACR. Questioning by Morgen has lead to the answer, "Who cares where the gun comes from, it's cool!"
