Ok, so since the only active RPer's left are myself, Ink and hopefully noble (With Aura being the maybe as far as Clank goes), who if he stays will hopefully find an outlet he needs to find peace...that begs the question of...what now?
Some RP's we can write people out of but others...not so much.
Like me, the problem with Fates is I was counting on CP being around to as I had some set plans for her characters.
Though I have ideas on that (the perks of having a reality warping plot device of a lead, though i am working on the possible moves from here will discuss later).
i just want to know how is on the same page as me and for what? And how do we go forward...and we can, in fact we can now be rather personal with some of the RP's like this.
I'd just like to know who and what remains first.

Well, as I said in my comment in Clank, I already have a plan on how to work that one out. So it's pretty much set to go.
If you have a way to work Fates, I say do it. I really want to keep going with that.
Ody is new, so we could in theory keep that going, but I know a few of the things I had going did involve outer because, you know trying to be a good person and not exclude him and all...so that would be an issue for me persoanlly because a majority of my characters worked off his in a way.
9 Hearts could keep going in a way. Noble and I have talked about that a bit, but it'd involve some thinking and working out of kinks.

We could keep nine hearts going, and in all honesty. We could totally redo The Passing. Maybe just restart one of the archs. Because right now, I'm not sure where to go with that.
Nine hearts, same thing. We can just continue the story ourselves, since we are the only posting members ((looking at you Isis!!))
Yeah fates, I'm lost oh so lost Haha. I'm up for it.

I'm all for a Passing restart.
Ody can be restarted if that is the case.
As for Fates...the trick of it is this:
I kind of had it in mind that the people who quit's characters were...removed from play, as in the original Gabriel, in order to save them froma cruel fate....and hello title dropping...undid the circumstances of their meeting the group.
As for why...because it doesn't lead to an answer.
Also he's reset things completely a few times.
My question is this:
Do we continue with what we got, only with all the absent people worked out of the story that way or...
Do we force a mass reset and restart with the three of us, open ability for people to be in certain situations still or new ones and a chance to clean up our rosters and such?
(though other reality warpers and likely some 'special' people can be immune for funsies. Might even help with their motivations.)

Passing reset sounds good, but where would we start it from? Ody restart sounds pretty good too, not too much has happened other than mingling that expanded on characters. And to be sure I understand what your saying Dy, you're torn between a reality warp that just makes it so the people aren't there anymore and all of our active characters are still where they are. Or, a reality warp that would make it so we could change where our characters are. So hypothetically I could say that because CP's character Cayne wasn't in Chicago due to this reality warp, Carson wouldn't have been calmed by him so he just fled from the mall, and through the changes in time he wouldn't be in London now because the events that led to that didn't happen. He could be back with the DAA or something. Is that what you mean? There are positives to both, and regardless we'd have to backtrack a bit to establish what happened after the reality warp. -In the case of the first option, we could take a page from the Cirque Du Freak series of books, and say that even though those characters weren't there, their 'roll' was, and someone else who was there just filled that roll. (using my example from before, Cayne wasn't there to calm Carson, but Ford was there and assumed that roll. Meaning everyone would be where they are currently, just different people will have done what outer and CP's characters did.) -The second option would mean we'd have to do more shuffling and would have to establish what from what we have, has also happened in the warped reality. but it would also imply that the changes made have an impact on everything. honestly, with the understanding I have of the two ideas, I sort of like the first one better, just because we could pick it back up faster. That, and we wouldn't have to go back through plot points we've already gone through again. Because if we change where people are to fit other character's not being there, it might have changed something important that has happened. (i.e. Favian might not have gotten free will back, or Alex might not have been finished yet. They are plot points we know will be addressed again, I'm worried things might get redundant). That's what I think Honestly I'm ok with either, but I'm leaning towards reset with working people out. And my sugesstion for the method of working people out is the theory that other's ended up doing what they did.

We could do a total reboot of the series (fates). I mean I love it, but with do many characters, I got lost, and many threads....yeah I got lost big time lol.
For the passing. Maybe....right after the battle ended. The big one ta know.

I don't want to completely re-start Fates. We put way too much into it to restart. But I would like to make it so you could catch back up.

I got an idea to help you Noble. I'm going to re-read it anyways this week. I'll type up a summary of everything that has happened thus far. All you'd need to do in that case is look back through the bios. would that help?

I did basically intend on it being more like your first option ink...with a few twists because I can.
We could do a combination then. Start as it and this is your chance to...remove a few bodies if you like form your roster or...change them.
Also sorry my time on is sporadic...long story short...we're very likely moving in a month to where my late grandma in law's home that's now ours. Slowly sorting things out. I basically am out of preparation for now..so my time is freer.
Don't worry. there is a free cable line I can snag and we are getting utilities on before we go up so aside from going to and from and settling in there should't be much interuptions.

I like the idea of a mix, that way anyone who wants to move people around can. So we'd only have to say what was different in this alternate time. (i.e. Who was with Chantal in the coffee shop in the begining instead of Cayne.) which won't be too much. and Noble, if you wanted this way you could restart for some of your characters, that way it's ok if you are lost because the characters wouldn't know anything either. so if they ask, you can find out that way .

I'll feel pretty good if we do go with the concept in tat first plan, because then I will have unintentionally forshadowed that this reality warp will happen. How you ask? Allow me to direct you to a quote from Chiharu on pg 8 of Hokkaido: Old Sins.

Gabriel: Yes and no. But for the most part that is true. What changes is the person. Maybe the replacement can change where the old one could not? Or maybe...who he is with will change everything? That is my purpose in doing this. My answer...requires solid variables. That is why I have let people come and go. The ones who left...are better for it, and so are we. To save the world...I must do what I must do. But Chiharu inspired me. That is why...there will be two Archtypes at once. Perhaps the answer...cannot be found by me at all? Know this. When we pick up again all will be revealed, and yet you will have a lot more questions. And I leave you with this: The bomb that made us...was no mere Atomic Bomb. Rather, that was a vector for what was to come. Ask yourself this, how would such a change come about from a mere atomic blast? If that was the case, how are artificial Ascendants made? The secrets of the past lie with the Transcendants. And perhaps beyond that...our answer. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go back to keeping the other reality warpers from interfering. : And I have to go join the main story. Gabriel: You do that...my other.

Just letting you know I'm still alive. We're packing up a lot of our stuff, we're moving to my grandma in law's old home for those not in the know. We'll be off Saturday, won't likely be interrupted, we had free signal last time we were there so we should be good.
