Brutus' portal opens and he steps through, followed by Roy. They were in the main entryway to the stone fort. Brutus looks around to see if anyone else was in, while Roy waits for Kurok.

"Probably in her room..." Brutus says and walks over to the bottom of a set of stairs "BRAITH!" he calls up and waits a moment "BRAITH!...she's ignoring me..BRAITH!!" A loud scream of frustration can be heard upstairs followed by stomping feet. a door opens and a pot flies at Brutus from the top of the steps "WHAT PART OF DO NOT DISTURB DON'T YOU GET?! I'M WITH A CLIENT!" a female voice shrieks at him before stomping off and slamming a door shut. Brutus sighs "At least she's in a good mood..." he looks at the broken pot and back up the steps "Come on Braith it's an emergency!" he calls the door can be heard opening again "What?! What is sooooo important?" the same voice asks. "We need you to try and find someone." Brutus says "Find someone? YOU'RE the expert tracker!" "We need divination for this." Brutus says "Braith, it's fine. You've given me enough leads for now." a second female voice says. "I can continue my search from here. Thank you." The second woman comes down the stairs.  "I apologize for the trouble." She says to Brutus before leaving. "Who was that?" Brutus asks "One of my regulars." Braith says as she comes down the stairs  she is followed by an angry looking young man.  |

"Ok, I can see the threat she might possess. The cute ones are always dangerous." Kurok says. "So she'll be able to help?"

Braith looks at Kurok "Another one? Brutus what do you need?" She sighs
"We need you to try and locate Osiron Dracwal's phoenix Zenz." Brutus says
"A lost pet? Are you serious right now? I AM THE AVATAR OF CREATION YOU DO NOT USE MY POWERS TO FIND SOME DEAD GUY'S LOST PET!" She growls
Roy was hiding behind Kurok.

Braith sighs "Uggg...whatever. Let's go in the dining room so I can sit." she says with frustration and leads the way. the young man with her follows her closely, with one hand on the hilt of his sword.
"Oh umm...Kurok, this is Braith our accounts manager and Ronku her son. He also does some field work." Brutus says.
Ronku glances back and glares at them.
"He's adopted and very protective of me." Braith says

"Good because I'm protective of him too." Braith says. she sits down at the dining room table and takes a crystal ball out of her sleeve "Ok...dead guy's phoenix." she says and looks into the crystal ball. after a few minutes she gives them an annoyed look "Well what a surprise! He's at the castle."

"Ok...fuck. Thanks whoever did...wait, why is he at the castle?" Kurok says. "Ok then is Lord Osiron there too? Like...his soul? I know where his body is but if that Phoenix went to revive him his soul should be there."

Braith sighs and looks into the ball. she looks for a moment more and frowns. She hisses "HIM again!"
"Who?" Brutus asks
"Grrr....Only the biggest pain in the ass ever to bother me and Li." Braith growls.
"Did you find Lord Osiron?" Roy asks quietly
"No. And that's the problem! I can't locate him, and I bet Li can't either. But I can tell you why." Braith growls "You boys ever heard the story of how Caedmon lost half his soul?"
"No." Roy says
"He made a gamble with a being from another world to extend the life of his lover; and lost." Braith sits back "this has that pain in the ass' magic all over it. He comes in from time to time messing with Li and I's domain. He barters with people for their souls. You win you get something you desire, he wins he gets your soul. Or something like that." She stands "My bet is your boy Osiron made some sort of deal with him. I'm going to guess he won because the power is still here. The crystal was just black mist, would have been clear if his soul was completely gone."
"So...what your saying is...Osiron Dracwal made a deal with this guy...and won...and is walking around somewhere?" Brutus asks.
"Yeah. But chances are he didn't win the way he wanted to. Otherwise he'd be off with his boy." Braith says "He's probably an animal or something...or might have been reborn as someone random's baby....or he could just have amnesia."

"Well, my friend you just saw leave usually pays 20 for each person I find for her. But considering how much of a pain in the ass you all were I'll accept 100 being generous." Braith says "I should add another 0 to that number too, but I just want you to leave."
