Drystan smiles "Yes I've heard of you. You keep interesting company. Logos and Svendal were quite the shock to me, but then again most things over here are."

Airou smiles "I'm well. I was helping Kurok keep an eye on her cousin. Miakoda is watching him now." he says "I'm going to go deliver a message for him. To the ones he's been living with so they know he's ok. I just wanted to tell you."

Titania walks in carrying one of the trays of food. "Hello" she smiles and looks to check on Saida.
Isabrill's eyes were wide and full of excitement.

Roy let's go of Brutus and zips down the stairs, running along the side of the wall. a few moments later the agonizing screams of the demon he was torturing could be heard.
Brutus sighs with relief and continues down.
"I can heal your wounds." Sonya offers
"Please do, he'll be upset if he sees me hurt when he snaps out of it." Brutus says
Sonya goes about healing Brutus as they walk.

"I don't know how much more I can try though..." Gardos says "I can't take another loss...I don't have it in me...all I want to do is lie down and die...and I'm not brave at all...I can't even do it myself because I'm scared so I went to Kurok and now he hates me..."

Airou smiles "No worries, it should be too long. Just going to some mountains in the south, south west." he says "I'm going to head out right away so I can get back quickly."

"A bit. I think the resaon is his mother, but the manifestation comes from our old man..." Brutus says.

Azrael smiles "I've had a good role model." he says. he pauses a moment, considering if he should say what he was thinking. they were equals, he didn't need to be afraid "Sir...thank you. You've...always been something of a father figure to me...you took me in when no one else would...I hope I continue to make you proud." he says, trying not to get too sentimental.

Gardos crys for a moment, knowing they wouldn't let him be alone, and that he could never meet his mother on his own terms. he stands up, hanging his head saddly.
"Good, can we go now?" Daito sighs
Gardos nods his head a little, quietly hiding how broken he felt.

Airou nods "Of course. I'll try not to be long." he says and kisses Aikia's forehead before heading out.

"Isn't he?" Titania smiles.
Isabrill sits patiently for her food.

Brutus chuckles "Don't worry, you didn't know in the first place. We're here with some mercenaries. Our bosses are Queen Vinitia's twin sons." he says "I've only met the guy once...My mom left him before I was born...wasn't a consentual relationship if you catch my meaning." he sighs "Same story with my brother's mom, only she tricked him. She wanted a child so she pretended to be as old as she looked. He couldn't resist. She liked him a lot, left anyways but named my little bro after him." he says, sounding a little uncomfortable.

Azrael was now fairly positive he was dreaming. "Really? You would..." he smiles "I...I would like that quite a bit if you did..." he says

Rondar shoots Gregor a glare.

"No...I was testing him." Nostroth says. "You should hold your ground, you have an opinion too. It would be rude of us to force the issue. Yet you should also be open to a compromise. I am not lying when I says he will come to see you. i am not making you go, no one is."
"But then why..." Kurok says.
"A weak man folds, a weaker man forces his opinion on others to make them. Don't be weak, any of you. He's trying to spare our feelings by doing what he thinks we want." Nostroth says. "Yet he is strong enough to close off his heart when he wants. yet in this situation it is not right. He is not this Vistar...now, let him go back to his room. I will explain things to his mother, then we can hopefully work something out."
Nostroth looks back at Gardos. "Gardos, you need to give up this sad state, but at the same time you need to keep your resolve. I am sorry for pressuring you but I needed to see the extent of things so I could find what the root of things are. But know what I said is true, I do see your inner strength. You just need to understand it."

"Well it's true that I seek a child that is deserving. My sons are found wanting and Lilitan's been poisoned against me so...it would be nice to have something." Vadris says.

Gardos nods a little. he goes to the door and removes the ice on the other side before quickly retreating back in.

"Yeah pretty much." Miakoda says bluntly "Believe it or not, verevolves have a much richer history and society than the rouge pups I've seen roaming here let on. To give a sort of crash course, there are two kinds: Alpha's and their packs. I am an Alpha, basically, ve are the race that makes verevolves. If ve bite someone, they become a verevolf. And the chain begins." she sighs "If you don't vant to join now I understand. I do have another member in my pack, but I haven't seen him in a long time."

Airou smiles "I won't" he says before going to a courtyard. He sumons a single set of his wings and flies off.

"There are a lot of those in the family." Brutus chuckles "One's got short silver hair, and the other longer hair and covered in tatoos. Then, their brother Gardos lives with us too, he's the grey one who ran off when he saw Evana Greyflower. Poor guy was just getting over her dumping him too..."
Sonya seemed to be deep in thought as the two talked.

Gardos sits on the floor and hugs his knees. he smiled a little for a second, thinking about the only thing Nostroth had said that had made him feel any better.

I vonder how far he's come vith that...he vas a little thing." she chuckles "My biological sister Shima alvays told me to choose who I bite visely, so know I have the utmost faith in you. You von't hurt anyone either in case you vere scared of that. The farther avay from the alpha, the more feral the verevolf. So your golden. You vill be veaker to silver but, I can train that out of you. And you vould be able to turn others, but you are responsible so I'm not worried." she explains

Isabrill watches the papers fly off "Oooh..." she mutters in awe, then goes back to her food.

the noise down the stairs dies down.
"He must be done..." Brutus mutters and speeds up down the last bit of stairs. He sees a bloody demon, who had several lacerations all over his body, and then he sees Roy pressed up against the opposite wall. he kneels down next to him "How you feel?"
Roy looked upset "Better..." he looks at him "Are you ok?"
"Yeah, Miss Sonya fixed me up. Didn't really need it, you've done much worse.Which means you're getting more control." Brutus smiles. what he had said was a lie, but he knew Roy would feel better.

Azrael smiles. He could no longer contain himself; he hugs Vadris. "Thank you....Father."

Drystan says "Strange occurences...All that comes to mind is that and the mysterious murder of one of the noblemen here a few years ago. No traces of the killer, or the man's son...That's the oddest I can think of but I doubt it has much to do with anything."
