Roy had hinted to Leah about confronting him on the possibility that he knew Leah was a Demon. The following weekend was a long weekend as well as the Saturday being Roy's Birthday so he had arranged for them to go home. Roy had finished packing when he went to Leah's dorm room.
Roy knocks on the door. "Leah? You ready yet?"
Leah opened her door, and smiled.
"Hey Roy my boy. Yeah I'm ready to go. But...I'm..I'm not sure, this....this seems too soon." She said holding the door frame.
"What? We've been to my house before." Roy says. "It's just...I want to make sure my Dad doesn't say anything to anyone about you if he knows. Especially Malus. This just happens to be convienent."
"The house is fine, the whole your dad knowing I'm a demon shapeshifter, especially when my "people" are known as lust demons. So....its kinda odd....although, we are endangered...but..." Leah said stepping back.
"It's not something I broadcast."
"Well yeah...but...I just don't want you to have anything to worry about. The last thing I want is for you to be outed before you're ready or...if you even want to be." Roy says. "Plus it is my Birthday tomorrow and...I do want you to be a part of it since my Dad insists i come home."
In another part of the dorm Malus was knocking on Axelle's door. "You up Axelle?"
"Way to guilt trip me hon." She said with a smile.
"Let's get going before I change my mind." She said making her eyes a very bright blue.
"Well...no I wasn't trying to do that..." Roy says, taking her hand. "If I did that I'd talk on how every time I wanna just find a spot and relax with you in my arms peacefully some demon guy shows up."
"Let's just get this over with." She said sounding bored.
"Hey don't worry. you remember how my Dad is right? The last time you came over when he finally claimed he had a potion that could make Alchemical Golems and it ended up drinking a bunch of his other chemicals and kept changing into random things and ran outside." Roy says. "It's still there as an inert lawn ornament now."
"It tried eating me.....I remember." She says shuddering at the thought.
"Hey I got it in the face with Dad's Microscope before it could." Roy says. "That was pretty macho of me don'tcha think?"
" kinda....in a whimpy sort of way." She teased.

Leah turned a bright crimson.
"....it was scary as all hell, heh. I just realized I was safe. It felt nice." She said with a laugh,
"Let's go though." She said grabbing her bag and closing her door.

"That'll do for now I guess." Roy says, sounding a bit distant.

"Umm...hey..." Malus' face got a bit red. "Umm...well...I know this is going to seem sudden but mostly it because I had a spine to find to ask...my Dad's having us come home for Roy's Birthday tomorrow and I was wondering...if...you'd like to come with?" Malus looked like he was about to pass out based on her answer.

Axelle smiles "I'd love to!" she suddenly frowns "Oh...but I don't have a gift for him....I'll make a cake!" she smiles again.

"Hmm...maybe less sugar?" Felix thinks. "But I was sure I fixed the whole coming to life thing."

"Ok, well...I'll meet you out front." Malus says. "Won't go anywhere." He was smiling. "Seeya in a bit." He turned and almost ran into a Centaur girl. "AHH...sorry." He sidesteps her, looking embarrassed. "Umm yeah...seeya out there." He says as he leave to salvage his dignity.

Axelle chuckles and goes back into her room. she gathers up some things and leaves, locking her door behind her. she works her way down to the front.
