this is simple. You write down the general description of the world the RP takes place in, the time period, the name of the RP. etc. and see who's interested. if at least three people are in (including yourself) then you tell me or a mod, who will then create a board for the RP, then you create a section for the bio's of the RP in the Bio's section. In the board you create different areas of the world where people can be. and have a feild day.
also, try to come up with a name for your RP. You don't really need the name until the bios section is posted so, if you can't think of one, just say so in the story idea and then everyone can tink of a good name.
