bio: Tselvie is one of the few Celestians who can create crystals. She is very young for a Celestian and has a lot to learn still. As far as Celestians go, she’s a bit of a rebel and likes to wear brighter colors and ‘less flowy’ clothes.

powers/weapons: Tselvie will be able to create crystals, but right now can only put little ones together into bigger ones. she would be classified as a bard and uses a small crystal ocarina-like flute.

Point taken: hypothetically she would have been taken as she and Svyrian when to the FFRP planet. So she would have never went gone there.
Name: Shiin
Age: 14
Original appearance: sholder length messy black hair. strait-coat-like jacket that holds his arms to his shoulders (it has a seal on the back that holds it together). two large blackish arms on his back.
Bio: Was experimented on by Orochimaru. The experiment took many years so he is really much older than he looks. Orochimaru tried to fuse his body with a spirit thought to be death. It worked, but had drastic side effects. His hands ended up killing anything they touch, and he grew the two large arms on his back(they're like normal hands). The fusion of his mind with the spirits also caused him to go partialy insane. Even so he can still remember parts of his life before he was fused with the spirit. He hates what he's become and feels Orochimaru betrayed him because they were once very close. It also doesn't help that Orochimaru had him locked up because even he realized that Shiin was too unstable, and restricted his arms so that he couldn't kill anyone too easily.
In the RP, Shiin escapes the sound village and is found by members of the leaf village. It is revealed that he is really the younger brother of Orochimaru.

umm let's see....of course it's a Naruto rpg. oh, let's do a bit of a time skip off of Shippuden shall we? say....hmmm 3 years? that would make Naruto and the gang about 18 (for those who want to play some cannon characters) umm...we can say Akatsuki got flattened (doesn't mean they're all dead *wink wink possible plot idea*) umm...we can say Kabu-maru (Orochimaru Kabuto cross breed) got squished....er...and I guess we can go from there. unless anyone has anything they'd like to add.
Place he was taken from: after returning to Konoha, he was confronted by Meido, a man who worshiped the god within him. He revealed to him that the seal used to place the god in him was never completed and that the only way it would be, is if Shiin died. Then the seal would complete itself, the two would be permanently fused, and Shiin may return to his normal self. With this knowledge, Shiin jumped in front of an attack aimed to kill one of his friends, and was hit fatally. He faded away, expecting to reform in his own world. When he woke up, he found himself in a cave in a strange land. He also found that he could think clearer, and that his appearance had changed back to a similar form of what he had looked like before his brother sealed a death god in him.

Jutsus/powers: his human hands will kill anything they touch, glove can prevent this.
Unfortunately fo me, his jutsus weren’t very detailed so I can only sorta remember what they did…gimmee a bit.
Ninja art: Serpentine Rush= creates whirlwinds of air currents that pick up scale-like chakra manifestations, forming into snakes. can be controled to move where he wishes and can create a number of them if he puts in enough chakra.
Death's embrace: enhances his already powerful demon arms with chakra and squeezes foes with them, litterally crushing them under enormous pressure.
Hebikaze no jutsu: wind spirals around him, he breaks his body down into the scale-like chakra manifestations and rematerializes elsewhere.

Age: 16
Appearance: semi-long silver hair, a version of an akasuki robe. Normally has a rather bored expression on his face.
World bio: just a generic Naruto world that was timed after Naruto etc. had kids. Nothing else really applies to him.
Bio: was raised Hidan, who according to us didn’t die. That being said he picked up some of his more colorful mannerisms. He has a love for killing, viewing it as an art, that has been a part of him ever since he was little, when he went about killing squirrels for fun then giving them to Hidan as a gift. (he didn’t do much in his RP so this one is literally a blank slate for him.)
Powers/jutsus: his kekkei genkai, allows him to pass through solid objects.
he uses this ability with a special seal to make himself a sort of living voodoo doll. He ‘pokes’ his enemies with the seal, which then connects them to his body. He then will literally stab and ‘kill’ himself with knives, killing his opponent. He can do this because the knives pass right through him, but because of the seal, will actually hurt his opponent.
Other than that he has your basic ninja moves and is skilled with seals.

appearance: wears a a long hooded jacket with the hood up 24-7. his face can't be seen, due to the hood.
personality: silent and somewhat unerving to those who aren't his friends. he doesn't say enough to know much more about his personality than that.
bio: joined Arcke's theives with Lio. they had been traveling together before that, and have been best friends all their lives. He rarely speaks, and when he does, it's never more than three words, or one three sylabol word. Despite this, Lio always seems to know exactally what it is he means, and will explain for him.
powers:unknown (he hasn't used any yet....)
he seems to have the power to create pulsations of psychic energy, and can manipulate them to tear apart things, and project his knives.

Appearance: no one has seen his face. He hides himself beneath a long black cloak. He appears to be tall, but with a sort of hunch to his back
Bio: a strange man that appeared recently in the world of the passing. He has become rather well known, because he travels around, speaking words of hope to the people. He asks for nothing but a meal in return, and though he seems to have a large appetite, he will never take too much from people who are suffering. His words of wisdom have made life for many much brighter, but there’s something odd about them…
