History: Her whole life, Astrid has been blessed: her Father is a successful and wealthy businessman who ensured through hard work that her family would have everything they could desire. She took his lessons to heart, excelling at school and all else she put her mind to doing, often giving back through volunteer work. Her families love of travel has allowed her to see much of the world, and experience things not many others have. It has also made her come to accept that way of life as the norm. When it was time for her to go off to school, she chose Northwestern University in downtown Chicago, a college she had decided at age twelve she desired to attend, majoring in Psychology.
The development of powers after she had arrived there was something she neither expected nor desired. At first she ignored them, as they might jeopardize everything she and her much beloved family have worked for. However, as time has gone by she has taken to experimenting with her abilities, seeing them as a possible means of helping people, so long as she won’t be detected doing it.
Powers: Astrid can spray a mist of acid from the palms of her hands. The acid is corrosive, especially when concentrated, and also acts like pepper spray.
Weaknesses: She only has so much acid she can use at one time, after that’s been used up it takes awhile for her body to generate it once more. Her abilities make it necessary for her to stay in close range to a target, all but useless at long range, and if she does run out then she’s in serious trouble.
Paraphernalia: She has a leather jacket for every occasion, as it’s what can stand up to multiple exposures of acid the best.
