Name: Yuuryoku Giri

Appearance: Messy black hair about shoulder length, piercing Black eyes, and a defined chin. Medium build Height 5'9" weight 160
clothing consists of a white kimono with a black belt, on his left hip are 2 shealths and katanas, his back also has a katana.Scandals. For travel he wears a simple brown cloak.

Bio: Yuuryoku is a Ronin, a masterless samurai for hire. He roams the land looking for work. His specialty is gods and demons.While stopping in a small town he was hired by the Lord of that manor, Lord Ishanto to extreminate a demon causing him trouble in a nearby forest. After the impressive sucsess Lord Ishanto gave him a permanent residence in the village.

Personality: He is a kind gently warriror, who knows what is right and wrong. He may seem mysteroius and cold at first but he is a kind hearted individual. He does not trust Lord Ishanto, but stays with him nontheless. His opinion of gods is iffy, as is demons;He speaks little of them. His past is shrouded in mystery

Weapons: 3 Cursed katanas
Suiketsu(on his back)-after being unshealth this katana must kill someone.
Tsukiyo(top, hip on left side) This blade is constantly draining his life away. If it is drawn the effects are doubled. Yuuryuko can also send more of his life energy into it making it stronger and faster, but tripling the life stealing effect.
Zenjitsu(bottom, hip on left side) When this blade is drawn it steal the life energy of every living being around and slowly adds it to Yuuryuko, making him stronger. However the blade effects everyone, not just enemies but friends, enemies, and the environment.

Name:Hyaku Sun

Age:24

Gender: Male

Appearance:Medium build short brown hair, brown eyes. Height 5'4" weight 145
Wears a dirty tan shirt and tan short, with a black belt sash.

Bio: Hyaku was once a farmer in a remote region. Demons and gods constantly harrassesed the manor he farmed for and the village they lived in. Hyaku feared the forest but did love the daughter of the Lord, Aijou. When the attacks did not stop the Lord cast his daughter Aijou into the forest as a sacrifice. Hyaku instead chased after and protected Aijou as a bear god attacked her. Seeing the kindness in him the bear spirit let them live in her forest. They grew close as they lived in harmony with the forest, eventually wedding.

However years later Aijou's father learned of their survival in the forest. He sent an army of samurai and peasants to burn the forest. The couple tried to stop them but the forest was burnt to the ground and the couple had to flee the mountains.

It was in the mountains that they met the bear god again. Half of his forest was destroyed and he was weak. Hoping to save it, the god desided to bless, the unborn child of the couple. The couple unsure if this was the right course for their new child were worried, however they decided that the forest should not be destroyed and that Aijou's father must be stopped.

However the army attacked again, destroying the rest of the forest. In the procsess while trying to defened his realm the bear god changed into a demon. The couple fled and watched as the forest and newly formed demon were destroyed.

Now with Aijou entering her third Trimester the couple is worried about the fate of their blessed, but now cursed baby...

They are now traveling to the relam of the Forest God to see if he can save their child.

Personality: He loves his wife and protects her dispite being weak. He sees demons as evil, and gods as hope. He hates the baby for causing his wife so much pain. He will do anything to save her.

Name: Aijou Sun

Age:20

Gender: Female

Appearance: small and gentle. 4'9" she has long black hair and blue eyes
wears a white dress, black shoes

Bio: Daughter of a lord in a manor. After being sent to the forest as a sacrifice, she was saved by Hyaku, and spared by the bear god. She spent the rest of her life in the forest with Hyaku, marrying him and eventually getting pregnant before the tragic events ( See Hyaku's Bio) sent her and her husband on a long journey to the Realm of The Forest God.

Personality: Hopeful and Loving. She cares greatly for Hyaku and tries not to burden him too much on their trek. She can often be weak and defenseless due to her pregnancy, but she is brave and hardworking. She finds the good in others, while Hyaku finds the bad.

Name: Nenriki

Age: 29

Gender: Male

Appearance: Short messy blond hair and gold eyes. He stands 5"8" and weighs 150, medium build.
Wears white robes with red shoulder pieces and a blue shash with gold trim. wears sandals

Bio: Nenriki spent his life as a priest in a small town. His holy arts kept peace with the gods and kept demons away making him a hero.

At some point not long ago Hyaku and Aijou stopped in his town during their long journey to the realm of the Forest God. While Nenriki helped them find a place to stay the night, he didn't notice as demons attacked his town, destroying it.

The next morning Nenriki, found he was the only surviver and that Hyaku and Aijou had escaped, however he felt the prescence of a demon and followed it to exact his revenge.

What he found when he caught up to it though was the couple themselves. Nenriki then realized the baby was a demon and began to attack them. Hyaku bravely defended his pregnant wife, injuring Nenriki. Nenriki retreated but stayed watch over the couple.

Nenriki continued to stalk the couple during their journey, trying to find oppurtunities to kill the demon baby. The couple knew they were being followed but could do nothing but wait and defend themselves.

One day the couple were on the road when a band of thieves attacked them, but Nenriki helped save them. After that incident he explained that he did not want to hurt Aijou, just destroy the baby. He agreed to stop attacking them after they told their plan to have the Forest God bless the child. Nenriki not entirely trusting them agreed to accompany and protect them on their journey to the Forest God. He had to see that the child would be blessed when it was born, or he would kill it. The couple, needing protection on the open road decided to let him accompany them.

Personality: He can be gently and kind at times but when it comes to injustice and demons, he will become vicious. He loaths them for taking his village. He doesn't entirely trust the couple, and neither do they. An air of uneasy tension fills the air during their travel, the couple together with the priest just slightly behind. He is a master of religious ceremony, holy magic, medicine, and literature.

Name: Shimogin

Age:Thousands of years

Gender:Male

Species:God?/Demon?

Height: Tall possibly 6 feet, but it's hard to tell, because he will often float.

Clothing: He dresses in a black cloak. A series of belts tie around his chest, making the cloak more fitted there. Long wide sleeves hide his hands and provided space for storage.The bottom also billows out.He wears a wide-brimmed gambler's hat the conceals fom his nose up from sight,no matter where you are.

Appearance: Besides his clothing not much else is seen. From what you can see from his half convered face is that he has a slightly lighter complextion, but otherwise flawless skin. When he appears outside a deep mist engulfs the area making it harder to see everything.While inside, day or night, a black coaking encases the walls. Darkness literally hangs from every area in the room he is standing in. Furniture in the room begins to disappear until you and Shimogin are standing in a pitch black, completely empty room. Also at all time he is followed by several blackish purple will-o-wisps.

Bio: Shimogin is known by many names. He is the God of Chance, The Demon of Fate, The Reaper, Or the Game Master. He is a being almost between a god and a demon, with many abilities.He has immense powers that can rival that of the Great Forest Spirit, however he almost never uses them for himself.

Shimogin prides himself in almost a smug way of being a god to the people. He uses his powers to help only those in dier circumstances.However it does no come with out a price. Shimogin can revive humans, lift curses, grant powers, even remove blessings, anything your heart desires, if you are begging for something he most likely will show up.

His power does not come free however. Everytime you want something, you must play a game. Shimogin plays numerous games to determine if you are worthy enough to receive a gift. If you win you get your reward, however a loss...results in a form of punishment. Shimogin's usual punishment for losing: He obtains ownership of your soul. However many other options are even worse. His games include chess, cards, dice games, skill games, and on occaison even a fight.

Personality: Despite having the power to take ones soul if he wanted to, Shimogin never hunts freely. He will only come to you if you need him, and if you don't want to play his game he leaves in peace. He is honest and fair, yes even though your soul is on the line and he could rig the game he ALWAYS plays fair, but extremely creepy, and sadistic when he needs something. He is quiet, but accually is quite fond of talking. He is some how amused by the day to day trivial matters of humans.

Powers: His games almost allow him unlimited power. He can manipulate the world, change lives, perform resurections, and change your destiny, however this is only during the games and the conclusion. Besides that his only power is...not much, when he is not appearing in front of someone offering them a game he usually just...disappears.

Weapon: If need be he fights with an ornate scythe. It looks like human bones and skulls stuck together to form the long curved sweeping handle.( Acually they are human bones and skulls)

He's pretty much here not as a character, but as a plot device to get around any problems you are having, any plot hole you have. So if you want to do something you can't normally do he's here for that...but don't abuse it...or else YOU might lose his game...))

Name: Shiruba-Kaze

Age:Thousands of years, same as Shimogin

Gender:Male

Race: Demon

Height: 7'6" often slouches, seems like 7'

Weight:+500 pounds

Appearance:Tall.His feet are talons, his legs are covered in black feathers, as is the rest of his body.A simple asian syle vest, a long vest that covers his crotch, a sash across it holds a 7 foot katana. His arms and hands are also covered in black feathers, his hands extremely long feathers. His back has a pair of black wings, often curled up, but when extended are 20 feet. His head is that of a Raven, or crow's , except larger, with white eyes. However, this almost looks like a mask, AND if you look closely, between the beak you can see human lips talking. The bird head never moves when he speaks.((Pics later by Inky))

Bio: One of the first demons in existance, Shiruba-Kaze is a evil demon. He hunts the world trying to end all gods and human. He believes the world belongs to demons, and will use all his powers to destroy the world in his black feathers. He could be considered one of the first demons, closely related to Shimogin and The Great Forest Spirit(The only god he somewhat respects.)

He has 2 blessed, Kalut which he blessed himself after destroying a village, and Fein which he obtain from another demon(Inky will make Fein)

Personality: He can be cold and ruthless. He often prefers his blessed to do his work. He barely shows mercy and will do anything to change gods into demons and kill humans. He disregards all life, except demons.

Weapons: Seven foot long Katana

Powers: He can fly and levitate using his wings. He can move incredibly fast, and in a whirlwind of black feathers can teleport away. His feathers are extremely strong, they are hard to cut, resistant to burning, freezing. And are as sharp as a knife. He can also fire them from his body just like knives. He also has other black magis abilities.


Name: Kalut

Age:28

Gender: Female

Race: Human, Demon blessed

Height:5'11"

Weight:140

Apperance:Long blood red hair, often keep-up in a bun with a couple of bangs out front.(Azula-ish from Avatar: The Last Airbender) Wears a tight black-leather jumpsuit.( shows off her curves ) wears black high heels. She has black eyes and a pair of black wings on her back as well although smaller and shorter onlt about ten feet long.

Bio: Kalut does not know her real name. When she was young her village was destroyed by Shiruba-Kaze. She was confused and inoccent, and the last one alive. Shiruba-Kaze in an act of pity, spared her, blessed her and trained her for the past twenty years in the ways of demons. She grew up almost hypnotized to hate humans. She now lives to serve her demon master.

Personality: Cold, ruthless, she is obediant to her master and is a cold sadistic killer. If need be she also uses her femine mystique to lull people into a sense of security before killing them.

Weapons:Fights mostly by hand. She has a katana that she is just learning to use.

Powers: She has similiar powers to Shiruba-Kaze, but dulled. She is swift, fast and can fly, but not levitate. She cannot teleport, and her feathers are not as strong, but they are still hard, and sharp and can still be launched and kill people. She has NO black magis abilities.

Name: Hekireki, God Of the Western Thunderclap

Height:7' 8"

Race: God

Appearance:NOT HUMANLIKE, instead he is a large silver-furred gorilla. He has a blue headband.

Bio:A elderly god, Hekireki has often secluded himself from all contact in the mortal, and immortal world. He kept himself, and his domain out of any conflicts with any other gods, or demons. He does not care much for humans, but a few years ago he blessed a human, to help him connect more with the mortal realm. He still treats his blessed unkindly, but not with cruelity.

Personality:He is a loner. He does not care much for gods, and cares even less for demons. The only thing he can agree with demons on is humans. He despises the humans misuse of his land, he hates how the forest is being destroyed, and order ruined.

Powers: Immense power over Thunder, and Soundwaves.He can recreate sounds and voices, and match frequency and pitch. He knows the specific frequency of many objects, so can easily match a frequency and shatter many objects. He can also use sound to enhance basic attacks.

Race: Human, Blessed by God, Hekireki

Appearance:Lean,and tall. Tanner skin. Messy Black hair, and hazle eyes. His hair is held back by a red headband. Wears a basic white shirt, and white pants, that are tight, to provided less drag and more agility.

Bio: A human who once lived in Juujigai. After venturing into the forest, he was blessed by Hekireki, almost a forced blessing. Sarutobi did not mind. He accepted his new powers, and tried to help be the branch between the mortal realm and his master.

Personality: Fun-loving, cocky and resourceful. He loves his master, despite the fact he is often mistreated.

Weapon:Naginata ( a halberd)

Powers: Great agility, and slight power over sound. He mostly uses his great speed and skill, to avoid enemy attacks and find openings.
