name: Hikari Frazier age: 21 appearance: moral stance: neutral bio: she came from a small town and was always a quiet and secluded person. She isolated herself from others because of her powers, and how they made her feel like she was on another level than the others around her. She got fed up with this feeling and left to travel on her own. hoping to find someone like herself. powers: she's a technopath, meaning she can control technology. take it apart, understand binary like a second language. stuff like that. weakness: she is better at certain technologies than others. she is good with guns and computers, but it takes her a long time to figure out others, and can be sort of akward with them. basically he powers need to adapt to the differing technologies. sturff: a Browing 9x19mm, a mini-uzi, and a pair of deagles, all hidden on her person.

name: Greg Morray Jr. age: 20 appearance: usually not in police outfit. he generally wears a plain white button up shirt and jeans moral stance: evil bio: both of his parents were Midnighters so he natuarally grew up as one. He can sympathsize with Carter because he too hates being called 'kid' or especially 'jr.' His parents are currently stationed in europe. He was preparing to infultrate the NYPD. powers: he can become intangible, while in this form he is semi transparent. he can control his mass in this form allowing for limited levitation. he can also create 'illusion clones'. they can be of both himself and others. weakesses: he cannot make his mass greater than it is naturally, only lighter, or back to its original mass. he is only semi transparent so he only becomes slightly invisible in the dark, in light he's clear as day. his illusion clones are just that: illusions. they are intangible and though they can move talk and act on their own with him away, people can pass through them. this is a power that very recently developed so he hasn't mastered them completely. paraphenilia: communicator watch, daggers that he fights with

name: Subject 47 (better name to be developed) age: 2 appearance: moral stance: neutral bio: one of Walsh’s experiments created by merging the DNA of a canine and a reptile, with DNA from an uncooperative prisoner. he hasn’t been thoroughly tested yet, as more important things came up. If he had been tested for more than just having powers, they would have realized that he is much more than Walsh had intended him to be. he had been engineered simply as a mass producible fighter for an army. the process used to create him was a old one, so repeating the same procedure would only create a different creature. (it was a system that randomized which genes from each contributing DNA would be dominate) powers: his body is built to be resilient and able to travel long distances. he has quick reflexes, especially in his tail which is almost monkey like. he also has the power of flame mimicry. meaning his body can have the same properties as fire. this makes him heat resistant. the flames are always green and unless he is in a full fire form his back only feels like warm air. weaknesses: he is sensitive to water and extreme cold, even outside of his flame form. he also can’t talk, which makes relaying messages hard. paraphernalia: silly, he doesn’t have pockets ^^

name: Helen Van Isle age: 26 appearance: moral stance: neutral bio: She is the assistant to the Director of Slater's branch of the FBI (The Department of Ascendant Associations, or DAA). That being said, she knows much of the top secret, classified information. She honestly acts more like a co-director, and is far from the coffee fetching assistant. She helps the director manage their branch, as it gets more and more complex with each ascendant they find. powers: none paraphernalia: cell phone, pens, whatever is laying around the office.

name: Aileen McCloud age: 22 appearance: moral stance: neutral, but leans towards the side of good bio: a young woman who spent some time with Eli. She stayed with him for about four months, then left. She is one big mystery, and travels at night, keeping to herself and trying to avoid the Midnight Organization. She is well aware that Eli keeps an eye on her, and that he has made attempts to get her in contact with others, but she honestly prefers solitude, not because she doesn’t like others, but she knows she attracts unwelcomed attention. powers: she has a mastery of modifying memories. she can unlock them, erase them, suppress them, create them, etc. her secondary power is the ability to manifest psychic energy into a physical form. it takes an electricity-like form for her. weaknesses: her secondary power is relatively new, and though she has a decent control of it, it is naturally a bit sporadic, and if her mind wanders while using it, it easily can expand out past her target. she also has a strong conscience. meaning she can’t erase the memories of people without some guilt. she will only do it if it is something they want, or if it will keep them safe. her sturf: a debit card

hmmm....would they be able to erase each others memories? I'd say no....oh and:
name: Jefferson O’Neil
age: 50
moral stance: evil (but you wouldn’t know it)
appearance: he’s very average looking, with a friendly face. his greatest feature is his smile. he has brown eyes and short brown hair under a flat cap that he wears all the time. he usually has a bit of stubble as he doesn’t like how he looks with a beard, or a clean shave. he also has a rather new scar across the left side of his face.
history: He was found by the company years ago, and right in time too, as he was facing serious financial trouble. He started working out of the London branch, then was transferred to the US, where he met Walsh and his wife, who he became friends with and was actually the one to introduce them to each other. After a few years he was transferred back to London where he met his own wife, who then died giving birth to their daughter. He made it very clear to his superiors that he didn’t want his daughter involved in the organization until she was older, and that was only if she wanted to. he got his new scar from the Paris incident. he had been there at the time and created a force field to protect himself, but a stray bit of debris made it in before he closed it and it hit him right in the face.
powers: he can create barriers and force fields, that can withstand most things.
he also has super strength.
weaknesses: his force fields cannot block radiation, and can be broken by powerful psychic attacks.
like others with increased strength he has to practice extreme caution when handling things.
paraphernalia: standard company communicator, a wallet with money and stuff in it.
Name: Elizabeth (Liz) O’Neil
age: 18
moral stance: neutral
appearance: she has brown hair and green eyes. she always wears a light scarf as she thinks it’s lucky. she isn’t as average looking as her father, but shares his welcoming smile. in the light, her skin sparkles lightly, as if she is wearing body glitter.
bio: Jefferson’s daughter. She only just started working for the Midnight organization in the past few months. She is notorious for being energetic and having lots of confidence. she has only heard stories about the organization and sometimes has mixed feelings about them. But overall she thinks they have good intentions. she knows a lot of people and has many connections.
powers: her body is made up like a crystal, it appears like average human flesh, but under a microscope you see that it is not. This allows her to take in forms of energy and redirect them. (like a prism, she’s sort of a giant prism). her altered structure makes her slightly more resilient than average people.
she also has her father’s super strength.
weakness: while she uses her powers, she becomes more crystalline, and therefore sparkles more, which can attract attention, especially when she’s trying to hide and there are rainbows on the walls around her. also, she is not invulnerable and can be hurt it’s just a bit harder. she obviously can’t reflect things that hit covered parts of her body.
her crystalline cells make it so some common medical procedures and treatments don’t work on her so she needs alternate forms of medicine.

name: Scarlet Evermore age: 42 moral stance: chaotic evil appearance: transfomed: history: her sister was Walsh's wife. She went missing shortly before her sister left with Carson. rest to be revealed. powers: she can transform into a leopard-like creature. in this form she is very fast and agile. she is able to move near silently. in her leopard form her skin is near invulnerable. her powers keep her young looking weaknesses: most of her powers she only has when transformed. Also, she can't swim. stuff: a Beretta.
