Approved, the weaknesses are straight to the point and it's good to have it that way. Not everyone needs to have a big limiter, not with the basics. Good work.

Okay lets try this again. Name: cole magrath age: 22 moral standing: good with a evil twist appearance:  personality: hes really sarcastic even in a serous situation, but even with that he can still be serous when need be. likes: not very much lol dislike: a lot of things hobbies: hitting random people with his powers. history: cole started off in new york city, as a bike messenger, but then one day as he was riding he was struck by a car, as he lay there in the street, he was then taken to the hospital to see if he was alive end after a shot like that. when he awoke, something was off as he started to sit up electricity was flowing around his arms. soon after he figured out he had more than just the electric armor, and is now traveling to try and find people like him with powers. powers: he has the power to control lightning, like shoot it from his hands and stuff. he can make bombs for them and even shoot rockets with it. he also can bring a storm down from the sky apon someone. his lightning changes from blue to red depending on his emotion weakness: he dosent have a endless supply of energy, he has to constantly recharge, even if it means ripping a little bit of electricty from a car, which isnt a lot. and bringin' a storm down basically drains him down to nothing. paraphainlia: the pipe like thing on his back is call a amp, it is a way for him to fight up close, he puts electricity in to it and it hits with a bit of a punch ill only use him and zach from now on lol |

It's Cole McGrath Jake. Spelled that last name wrong.  If you're going to rip off a character, at least get the name's spelling right, like how I did with Malzahar XD also the picture link doesn't go to anything. Sorta broken. |

To be clear he's a walking stormcloud and can use his electricity to set off and ignite explosives and the liek should he come across them.

name: zach maverick age: 23 moral standings: evil appearance:  personality: he is a nice guy who likes to joke around but when he needs too he can take control of the situaltion. likes: shooting his guns, and having fun dislikes: nothing really hobbies: target parctice history: zach was a top shot sence he was little. he has grew up in the swamps gater hunting with his parents and hunting everyday, just to stay alive. he became the top shot champion but he could only think that it was all of his hunting practice that alowed him to win. he became a midnighter shortly after he found out he had his powers. power: he has a born dead eye. meaning when he picks a target he will hit it. he can nearly curve the bullet around walls. weakness: his power is no where near built for close quarters combat. he can fight and pick a spot he wants to or should hit but in close quaters its not a sure fire thing that hes going to hit meaning you can doge very easy. paraphainlia: he carrys 4 decks of cards (he can throw them with deadly speed), 4 colt 44. magnem revolvers(all 4 straped to his chest, in holsters), and in his bag theres 3 box one he can construct a militarty grade RC 700, the second contines ammo for all his guns and arrows for his bow, and the 3rd contains a military grade PTRS sniper but he only has 6 rounds for it and rarely needs that acuracy and distance for the gun. all of which have a this mark  i think i lightend his load a bit lol |

That is a heavy load. He'd have to have some heavy military grade gear to carry that. Like vests and pants with punches for that. Something akin to a 'work suit'. Or a vehicle transport of some sort.
Since you didn't say he's a Midnighter i assume he's a unaffiliated villain. If he's a Midnighter then we can cheat to a point. After all Rebecca has a subspace pocket.
