In fact Gohan's great power and restraint would make for a good template for how to do a powerhouse right with a proper weakness. In fact all the Saiyans are good examples. Vegeta's ego, Trunks' hotheadedness and Goku's ability to hold back too much are all prime examples of a strong guy with weakness.

We can and will have guys as strong as or stronger than the divided trio.

The only real limit is no one older than 65 (as this will start of in the year 2011)

Paraphenilia: (Do they have a weapon or two? Do they use some sort of tool. Keep it modern unless your like some sort of techno genius that can create a fancy futuristic tracking system. Or does your power need a conduit like a metal staff or something?)

Weaknesses:

Now the place is set in the modern day, aside from the city that's going to be wiped out it's the same as today...for now.

The organization the Id self is working with is run by a group called the Morning Star Corporation. It's backing is unknown and it's founder...is quite a secreative man. Rumor has it....he's the first Ascended human.

Whether this is true or not is one of the many mysteries. His group, called the Midnight Organization is trying to gather allies for big plans to change the world. The Id self one of the main goals and main allies. More of a field leader a...poster boy to win people over.

The Super Ego is disappeared to parts unknown. He won't show up until I have him show up, and keeping track of him won;t be easy if he's found.

The Ego, well as he'll be my main good guy will be around.

Id: Cellular regeneration (The ability to heal), power thief (he can copy one power at any time and only one. He has to drop one to get a new one). This manifests his instinctive desire for power and self indulgence.

Ego: Telekinesis and invulnerable skin. The ego is the defensive self and thus has developed such power not only to keep himself safe but to be able to oppose the Super Ego and id.

Super Ego: Telepathy and super strength. The mental power and strength comes from his natural, yet unwanted, ability to be a voice of authority.

The Leader: Being the first to be born from the radiation changes in the atmosphere, the secretive leader is said to be a walking nuclear generator.

I forgot, yes, we should have a fair amount of those too. Typical federal agents, family, allies victims, villains.

...I vote for not including any besides major plot important humans. Miyazaki was supposed to include humans, but lets face it, they just sort of fade out.
