classes are divded into four tiers:
zero tier: the noobyest of noobs. these guys just picked up a weapon or tomb recently. class change 'level= 10'
first tier: basic users, not ubernoobs, but still not more noteworthy than being peons *most characers will start here* class change 'level= 20*
second tier: now we're gettin' somewhere. noteable users of whatever it is they do. are often generals in armies etc. *class change 'level= 20* need special clearance for these as starters. some circumstances are allowed for starting at a second tier, you will have to have a good reason (ex: a general, was off training etc) and we will often ask you to start them off at a low 'level'
third tier: legendary fighters. they are powerful and few. max 'level' = 20 ***MUST MUST MUST ask permission to has*** CANNOT start as these. not all characters will reach this level. the ONLY possible way you might be able to start with these is to have one of the Chaos God's suporters, who won't be all realeased at once in the begining anyways.
note the use of the term 'level' we WILL NOT have acctual levels. this is just to serve as a way for everyone to determine how skilled your person is, and when is apropriate to class change them. in your bios give a level number 1-20, (or 1-10 if you make an uber noob) to give us a guesstimate of how powerful they are. ***Please do not make all first tiered level 19 or 20 people. -.-

Wow...in depth...nice!
Although, classes are wrong! (for the magic users at least)
You got mages right, but not shamans and light mages!
Shamans have more power and vitality, but are slower.
Light mages have less power, but more luck and magic resistance. Like, a LOT more magic resistance. also, slower than mages, but not as slow as shamans. They also tend to have a little more hp too.
