Name: Casey, though he mostly goes by Falsetto
Appearance: Dark blue hair, that has been dyed that way, and emerald green eyes. His hair has an uneven part and falls to just below his shoulders, with the ends cut unevenly and two sections of his hair tied to hang in front of his ears (Kimimaro from Naruto's hair. Don't ask why). He wears shiny black pants and a just-as-shiny purple long sleeved shirt.
Personality: Normally flamboyant, happy and generally tries to have a good time with everything. He likes to have fun.
Bio: Casey is a resident of Flooo, who has taken to traveling the world that hasn't yet been taken over with his friend Izaya. Before this, he lived a relatively decent, normal life, excluding the effects of his power. Because Casey has had his powers for years, he has grown comfortable with the side-effects and has embraced his flamboyant side, because really it just seems more fun to him.
Powers: When Casey chooses to, he can speak, which causes destructive sound waves. The louder he talks, the more powerful the sound waves. Because of this, he sings, because for some reason, his powers don't activate when he does. In addition, the reason he has earned his nickname, is because his powers have also granted him with a permanent falsetto both when speaking and singing. A good example can be found here Yes, the first voice you hear. To those who know me well....Yes. I went there.

Appearance: Choppily cut black hair that falls just above his shoulderes, with some bangs falling into his eyes and purple eyes. He wears a dark gray tank top, and black pants with a few rips in them. He has a small holster on his hip, which he uses to carry carrots.
Personality: He's quiet, a little impatient, and sometimes thinks Falsetto is completely insane. However, he's learned to tolerate the other, and his antics, because he's managed to grow on him.
Bio: Izaya is another resident of Flooo, as well as Casey's best friend. He has come with Casey on his travels, mostly to keep him out of trouble, and tries to help balance out his friend. He also has a power which sets him apart from others, which is part of the reason he and Casey have become so close. He also has a small carrot addiction, which he blames on the prescence of his stalkers (see below)
Powers: He can talk to animals! The down side is, the only animals that he can talk to are rabbits, and they happen to like to follow him around. As such, you can normally find several rabbits stalking him, just because someone finally listens to him. His permanent stalker rabbit is a brown and white mottled rabbit, who happens to be incredibly fluffy, and bites people Izaya doesn't like. The rabbits name is Rabbit. Rabbit hasn't bothered to give him a different name, so he figures that when he does, is when he'll start calling him otherwise.
