"...if I don't give it my all...then how can I possibly say that I truely care about her more than anything? I can't...I have to put everything I can into this, even if it drains me...then I can at least say I did everything I could..." he pauses "I don't know what eles to say. Except, when it comes down to it...I'm just sick of being number two." he coughs and sits on his bed, wiping the mystery goo off on his sleep shirt.

He leaves it at that, hoping his words would be of use to the young man.

"Likely we'll see it when we go to lunch after this." She says, hoping he'd get the hint. "Now...race you tot he other side, I'll let you get a head start." She smiles.
