(has normal looking blue eyes)
Bio: Tends to keep to himself, from a former noble family, they were cast down after his father killed his mother. Has recently disappeared off looking for answers about what happened and why his family was truly cast out.
The sword his Uncle sam made for him, out of Dragon Bone, Phoenix Talons. and A rare element known as Elementium. Its strong enough to cut almost anything, even itself, otherwise un-breakable, and works well with elements.

Charge: Joe charges up his Magic causing his next attack to be more powerful
Element Slash:Joe slashes and lets out a ranged wave of an element at the target.

Stealth Eruption: joe uses his complete focus to cause fire to erupt from below and water from above his target to strike at the same time, when they collide it creates a lot of steam.
---Liquid Cannon: Joe shoots liquid from the air or ground or his hand onto his target.
---Flare: joe concentrates and causes fire to erupt from below or above his target
Black Vine: Shadow Vines Shoot out of joes hand or sprout from the ground under his target gripping them and immobilizing.
[(Element) Vine: Vines of (insert element here) sprout and grip the target

Joe, jen and dani are all royalty of one of the more secluded dragon tribes. Thier father killed their mother and was cast out of the tribe, their uncle fled with them after their oldest brother Marth was killed, only his tail was found. Their uncle, Sam, told jen and dani that marth was studying around the world. Abbie knew what had happened as she was part of the tribe joe believes his father was the reason that Marth died, because there were odd scorch marks that were cold to the touch even though they were fresh. Joes father mastered the Power Of the Frozen Flame, and he aims to do the same, so that he can kill his father.
