bio: She was an orphan, stealing on the streets of Arcadis to survive. One day the soldiers she stole from caught her, and she used her powers on one of them. The others tried to attack her, only to get beaten down by Caelum/Bretly. He took her in and introduced her to Blonde Scorpio, while telling the other Scorpio of her. She has served Caelum loyally, and knows that he possesses Bretly. She adores Caelum for taking her in, and her most prized possession is the armband he gave her with the scorpio symbol on it. she has suspicions that the Scorpio she has met is not the real one, because Caelum doesn’t act as respectful to her when they meet, as he does when he speaks of his Scorpio.

powers: her right eye has a sort of medusa power. if a person gazes into it, they become paralyzed. the effects last anywhere from a day to an hour, depending on the person. her power does require eye contact.

bio: He is Bretly’s estranged brother. During the war, he found a Tektallian refugee and fell in love with her. He took her into his home and disguised her as an Arcadisian student at his school. Their disguise worked for some time; however she was eventually discovered and sentenced to death on the grounds of being a spy. His brother discovered that he had been hiding her, and locked him in a supply closet on the day of her execution, telling him he would try to get her an appeal so long as he didn’t do anything drastic. He couldn’t stand not acting and broke out anyways. When he got there and tried to save her, he was seized by his brother’s men, and made to watch her die as a lesson for his own crimes. He was locked in a cell to await word if his punishment had been enough. He broke out and ran, swearing to take vengeance on the system that murdered his love for crimes she didn’t commit. He hates his brother, feeling he never intended to help her at all. He was found by Alva and Madlaina, who hid him in Alva’s mansion. He travels with them, and is happy that not all the Arcadisian nobles are so racist and cruel. He does worry that the rebellion won’t take them because of Alva and himself, but he is well prepared to be faced with the same racism the Arcadisians give Tektallians.

powers: He is capable of astral projection, or separating his soul from his body. when he does this, he can communicate with others telepathically by speaking directly to their souls, and can even possess people. he can speak to anyone, but he can only possess people who’s will is less than his own.



name: has no official name yet. Lio and Elric have called her “Elaine” on occasion as a joke.

appearance: slim and humanoid. She is a sleek design, made of dark metals and gold trim, with bright magenta eyes. her face is made of a durable high grade rubber, with mechanisms behind it which allow her to move her face as fluidly as a human. her hands have only three clawed fingers, and the heels of her feet are wheels. (I have the line art done I just need to color her)

bio: ‘She’ is a project Lio and Elric were working on together before they had run away. (Think two guys working on a car) ‘She’ is only considered a she because when they designed her, they gave her human anatomy. Their reason: they wanted a reason to refer to their project as ‘she’. (you know, how people always call cars ‘she’ or ‘this baby’ etc.) She does not have a personality core, and has little programming. The Emperor has assigned Angela to program her for a special task…

powers: she is designed for speed, and can move incredibly fast as far as SPSRL go. the claws on her fingers can be used as weapons, alongside a steam cannon in her right arm that releases from her palm, and a projectile chain in her left. she can release steam from her feet to give herself another speed boost.

name: Carmen Goldhaven

bio: Before the war she was a member of a Tektallian noble family, who became a knight (Silver). She and Prince James were always very close and in a relationship. However she was captured a week before the fall of the capital. Her whereabouts were discovered and just as a party was about to be sent to get her, the capital was attacked. It was later discovered that there had been a massive explosion in the building the enemy had held her in, and she was presumed dead along with everyone else who was in that building. It is said this news motivates the second Prince to fight.
Obviously because she has a bio, this is not the true story. The building she was held in did explode, and it did kill all but the one who caused it; her. Her captors had decided to come at her and she defended herself. Up until that point she had no powers, but the fear and need to survive activated one in her, and she used it to escape, and destroy all evidence of herself. She went into hiding, and tried to discover where James had gone.

weapon/power: her right arm can morph into a ‘super-arm’. it becomes incredibly strong and durable, as well as has several razor sharp claws. other than that, she is skilled with a sword, and can wield it with both hands.

bio: A very mysterious girl, the only ones who know anything about her at all are those close to her, and even they know little of her past. She knows about the Orbis, including some of their agents. Her knowledge though is varied, sometimes she will know much on something and other times very little. She opposes them, and seems to have another goal that coincides with exposing and defeating them. She likes tea.

powers/weapon: though her exact powers are unknown, she seems to have something that allows her to create very complex, living psychic constructs. (ex, most of her guards).
though usually she fights by making guards that fight with various things, she can use a rapier if necessary, but she doesn’t carry one around.


name: Isaiah Cooper

bio: An ally of Aleine, he has been her guard, and loyal agent since she was 10 when they met. He was a soldier in the Arcadisian army, that was raiding the city she grew up in. He instantly realized there was something special about her, and he took her away, abandoning the army. He was an only child, and since then, his parents have died, so he has no more ties to the Empire.

powers/weapon: he has adoptive muscle memory, he can observe something and then do it.
his time in the military allowed him to observe the fighting styles of several generals and soldiers both Arcadisian and Tektallian. so for weapons he can pick up and use about anything.

bio: Another associate of Aleine. She, like Isaiah is Arcadisian, but her exact origins are unknown. She serves Aleine in several different ways, but refers to herself as her aid. She is quite intellectual and stealthy. Two things that have made her a formidable fighter. She doesn’t pay it any notice, but she is considered very beautiful, ideal by Arcadisian standards. She uses this to get information from Arcadisian soldiers often.

powers and stuff: she can lull others to sleep with her voice. this can be either a minor hypnosis, or even full fledged sleeping

weapon: she wields an arm canon that can shoot bursts of steam.

Name: Aramis Sheen

appearance:

personality: friendly and charming, he tends to keep an upbeat attitude. He has a notorious reputation of being a flirt. He loves art and things like it, and put more effort into his appearance than most women.

bio: One of three gold knights of Tektallium, known as the Queen’s Blades. They were, as the name suggests, the Queens personal soldiers. Aramis is an earl, and he knows the royal family well. He was asked by the Queen to join her force when she saw his talents. The night of the takeover of Lavstin, the Queen ordered him and his two partners to simply protect her children, and see to it they got out alive. Obviously, they failed in keeping them all together, and got separated from their Princes and Princesses. The three were forced to escape and were separated while on the run as well. Aramis went west to the country to hide. Along the way he and Porthos reunited. Together they formed a rebel group that has managed to cause Arcadis a lot of trouble all throughout the west. He has no clue where the last member of their trio is, but wants to find him, as their trio is not complete without him.

powers: he can induce a state, that…well to put it simply makes his enemies trip-balls. It not only causes vertigo, but warps their vision to the point where they can’t move.

weapon: a sword.



Name: Porthos Platt

personality: mischievous and always keen for an adventure, he has a knack for getting into bad situations, only to get out swiftly in ways that never lack style. If there is a way to cheat through something, he’ll do it over actually trying himself (even if doing it himself is easier), and is a brilliant con man.

bio: One of three gold knights of Tektallium, known as the Queen’s Blades. They were, as the name suggests, the Queens personal soldiers. He met the Queen when she caught him trying to steal from one of the members of her court. She was interested by him and invited him to lunch. After, he was given a scholarship to Tektallium’s top military academy, where he excelled through hours of intense cheating, and a little studying when it was needed. No one ever knew. When he graduated, he told the Queen he cheated his way through, to which she laughed, and asked him to be one of her blades. His motto is “Bad cheaters never win. Good ones flourish.” He served as stealth and that sort of thing. When he and his partners were separated, he figured he’d go west, by the flip of a coin. He met with Aramis and they started a rebel organization. However, a few months ago he was captured.

power: he can levitate himself.

weapon: he is trained with a sword, but much prefers to use a long, thin, curved knife.



Name: Athos Sutherland

that’s him all cleaned up and nice in uniform. right now however, he wears very plain clothes; a sort of beat-up white shirt and brown pants. his hair, though clean, is not done up as shown. he has stubble from a lack of shaving, and wears the expression of someone who’s given up on life.

personality: he was once a noble knight, with a perfect balance of charm and cunning, to balance out his rowdy partners. Many thought him strong willed as he had survived and lived on after a horrible tragedy. He had a firm commitment to being presentable, and well kept (not as bad as Aramis though) and rarely lost his temper.
However, these days he is a shell of his old self. He has all but abandoned keeping himself well groomed. Where he was once motivated, he now just moves through the everyday patterns of his life with no desire to try to make any more of himself. Many of his old morals are now lost to him.

bio: One of three gold knights of Tektallium, known as the Queen’s Blades. They were, as the name suggests, the Queens personal soldiers. His mother was Arcadisian, and his Father Tektallian. They lived in Tektallium, and were trying to live simple lives, taking no side in the war, just trying to live. They were both killed by Arcadisian invaders in a raid. He survived by hiding under the floorboards of their house, and was later found by the knights, one of which was Marcellus. They took him back to their headquarters, where he took some time to heal from his experience. He trained to be a knight and climbed through the ranks, viewing each knight as his new family. He was regarded as one of the brightest and most powerful young knights. He was asked by the Queen to be one of her Knights and he gladly accepted. He was often considered the unofficial leader of the Queen’s Blades. Before the takeover, he began seeing a woman whom he had quickly fallen in love with. He had plans of asking her to marry him. However his plan to propose in front of his friends in the knights was made impossible when they got word that the Arcadisian army was going to lay siege to the capital. While helping fortify the castle, he decided he would just propose in private. He searched for his lover but she had just disappeared. The attack came, and he searched. After the attack, he had managed to escape, but never found her. He came to believe she had died in the attack. Crushed by this, he went to live in a small city near where his hometown once was. He got a job as a bouncer/security guard at a brothel, and lives in a small, one story house that he bought off his boss. He never tries to get in contact with anyone from his past. He’d rather just waste away in a bar. He keeps the ring he was going to propose with as a reminder of what happened. The entire ring is made of diamond, and is very beautiful.

powers: his body is diamond-like. this makes his skin and bones more resilient than the average person. Only an adamantium weapon would be able to cut him like an average blade would an average person. as well, he can grow diamonds off himself and by planting ‘seeds’. (he doesn’t appear to be diamond like, it’s too microscopic of a level to see.)

weapon: he uses his powers to make swords.

name: Acheros Crux

age: 32

race: human

appearance:

bio: He is a well respected knight of Arcadis. His parents were Tektallians, his father specifically a silver knight. His father was branded a traitor for giving up important battle plans to Arcadis and they were forced to flee to Arcadis. His father never made it there and was killed on the way, however when he and his mother arrived they were given a home by the Emperor for what his father had done. He trained and joined the army to fight. Not even to fight Tektallium, just to fight. He literally slaughtered his way up the ranks of the military, until in one battle his power and strategy won them a large expanse of important land. He was knighted after this, and many were at first shocked the Emperor would knight a Tektallian. Any who were stupid enough to say that near him, he killed, or scarred if they were nobles. Soon everyone learned not to question it, and he became one of more well known and loved Arcadisian Knights. He helped train Nero when he was knighted, but he himself searches for a means of greater power.

power: he has super speed.

weapon: a sword.



name: Gawain

appearance:

personality: rather rude and aggressive, traces of his former purpose. He will say what he wants and often ends up starting fights. He protects D’Artagnan at all costs and doesn’t like men flirting with her.

bio: An SPSRL that works with Porthos and Aramis, though he doesn’t seem to care much for them. Many think his only reason for working with them is D’Artagnan. He has been through a lot. He started as a simple Arcadis battle unit. After a battle in which he was damaged and left behind, some locals took him and modified him, giving him a more complex personality and fixing much of his broken exterior. He was later, yet again found by Arcadis soldiers who apprehended him, thinking him from Sectora. It was while he was locked up in a military base that a young girl, D’Artagnan, found him and let him go. He was able to escape with the girl safely, sustaining only one nasty hit to the head that’s only effect was he now believes she is his little sister, and her siblings his. (he thinks they have the same parents and everything. his mind doesn’t and can’t compute that that is impossible) She took him home where she and her brothers forged him a new body, and he was accepted as family. The two joined Porthos and Aramis after rescuing them.

weapon: he fights with a massive hammer that can release blasts of steam. he cannot attack long range but his body is thicker than most SPSRL, giving him heavy defense.



name: D’Artagnan Jenson

age: 22

race: human

appearance:

personality: Not a girly girl, she’s more than willing to get rough and physical if need be. She hates it when people treat her a certain way because she’s a girl. If ever informed that her name is a boy’s name she will usually respond with some sort of sarcastic remark. she’s adventurous and has a good talent for thinking of things on the spot.

bio: She is a member of Aramis and Porthos’ rebellion, and has served as a means of keeping them on track. She met the men right when they were forming their group, by saving their lives along with Gawain. She comes from a simple farming family and has several brothers, one of which she knows was a member of another rebel group.

power: none

weapon/skills: she is a talented navigator and knows just enough about engineering to know what things to break. she is also very good and sneaking, and has learned a few of Porthos’ tricks when it comes to deception. though she doesn’t do much in the way of combat aside from hand to hand, she can drive just about any vehicle.



name: Louis (Lynx eventually)

appearance:

bio: A Tektallian boy orphaned by the war when he was very little. He was going to be used by the Arcadisian military, but was saved by Schedar, who said he wasn’t fit for such things. He had him placed in an orphanage. He has had a hard life, as many of the others were Arcadisian, and he being Tektallian was the victim of their torment. This wasn’t very new to him, as even when he lived in Tektallium he was often picked on for being…different. He spent his childhood hiding his powers because he was afraid he would be used for them. Lately this has been even more important to him as his powers seem to have been acting funny, doing things he normally cannot do. Though he hasn’t seen Schedar since he saved him, he wishes to see him to have what is happening with his power explained.

power: he can control liquids with his mind. he is especially attuned to water, as it is the most basic and common liquid. He can control steam, but it’s very difficult as he has to control thousands upon millions of water particles at once. he has experimented with controlling animals with his power but has thus far only killed them. as such, he has found it much more effective to just use that part to stop blood flow, rather than to move the limbs, pump blood, etc all at once.

he has lately been mysteriously denting metals and controlling them as well but he has not pursued this under worry it might not be healthy.

weapon: none, he uses liquids.





name: Lucrecio Degaul

age: 18

race: human

appearance:

bio: He is the younger brother of Nero. He is far lesser known than his older brother in fact even some of the most well informed nobles don’t know he exists. This is because since he was born, has been raised to be his brother’s double should he ever need one. He has never been as good of a fighter as his brother, and is by far the more intellectual and creative of the two. The emperor has no interest in him as he is not nearly as bloodthirsty as his brother. in fact he is really rather timid. He is not as valuable to his family because he is not ‘powerful’, which basically means he can’t fight well. His parents think the most valuable thing he can do for the family is double as his brother. They don’t even seem to pay much attention to his intelligence and artistic skill. He has a slight fascination with watches and clockwork.

power: his power is the opposite of Nero’s. instead of making people see their greatest fears, he can make them see their greatest happiness/wishes. he carries swords, but can’t use them well.

name: Adelais Degaul

appearance:

personality: relatively quiet and respectful outwardly, she does as she's told with little question. She doesn't like being this way, but it is what is expected of her. She doesn't like how her brother Lucretio is treated by their family, and thinks Nero isn't as valuable as the family thinks.

bio: The little sister of Nero and Lucretio, she has been raised in hopes of marrying her up to a higher ranking political family. She is also talented with her powers, and recently because of the war, her parents have decided to send her to the Emperor to fight for him, in hopes her relation to Nero will gain her a good position and even better, find her a husband. She's not too fond of their intentions, but she doesn't mind getting away from their home.

powers: she can create apparitions of people that show the sides of their personality they like to think aren't them. (if you've ever played or seen Persona 4 it's like the Shades). the apparitions are often over exaggerated, as they tend to only show one side of that person. Unlike her brothers, other people aside from the victim can see her apparitions.
