White hair, pale complexion, that creepy gothic sort of handsomeness.
bio: The Prince of Arcadis. He is an only child, as is tradition. The people of Arcadis are very proud of him and his power. Recently, he hasn't been seen due to a mysterious illness that has come over him. Only a select few are allowed to see him. His sickness is blamed on years of previous perfect health.
powers: Telekinesis, very advanced telekinesis.

personality: has a great love for Tektallium, and was once a very kind and loving person in general. Events that have happened to her however, have caused her to turn a little colder and somewhat insane.
bio: Prince Elric's mother. She was originally a Tektallium noble's daughter, but was one day captured by The Arcadis Empire. The Emperor forced her to marry him, and then about a year later she gave birth to Elric. She absolutely hates both the Emperor and her son, viewing him as a symbol of what his father did, and seeing him as only a younger version of his father. she is currently imprisoned in the Royal dungeon, because ten years ago, she tried to kill Elric.
power: she can sense if other people can use their sixth sense, and what that power is.

healthy looking golden hair, bright blue eyes. very handsome, (theres a little 'ping' noise everytime he smiles...jk). wears a vest with a leather belt, and sports a rapier on his right hip.
personality: loyal and true to his friends to the core. he is always able to cheer someone up if they are down and is a natrual leader. in one word, charming.
bio: One of the two newest members of a group of theives lead by Arcke. He joined with his friend Sairca a few months ago. the rest of the company knows very little about the two, but accepts them as family.
powers: none

appearance: wears a a long hooded jacket with the hood up 24-7. his face can't be seen, due to the hood.
personality: silent and somewhat unerving to those who aren't his friends. he doesn't say enough to know much more about his personality than that.
bio: joined Arcke's theives with Lio. they had been traveling together before that, and have been best friends all their lives. He rarely speaks, and when he does, it's never more than three words, or one three sylabol word. Despite this, Lio always seems to know exactally what it is he means, and will explain for him.
powers: unknown (he hasn't used any yet....)
weapon: knives, he has several concealed on his person.
Name: Lady Latalia Kilvast of Arcadis

make the rapier a huge ass buster sword.
personality: think Azula from Avatar....
bio: Daughter of an Arcadis Noble, she was a major fighter in the war. she is the assumed fiance of the Prince, though no engagement has been declared. Everyone just figures she's going to be the future empress. She cares for the Prince well enough.
power: she can basically connect with and turn certain objects into extra 'limbs'. the best way to describe it is with how she uses it: she primarily uses this when fighting with her sword, which, with a turn of a gear, separates into three swords. she connects with the two smaller swords and they move around her naturally like an arm would (you don't have to think about moving your arm to move it). she sends mind waves into the objects and they become like extra arms.
weapon: a large buster sword that has a large gear near it's hilt. this gear turs and releases the sides of the sword, making three swords.

age: 16

appearance: long black hair with bangs that cover one eye. awesome outfit that I ahve in my head. the bangs that cover her eye hide a large metal 'eyepatch'. she has 'steampunk angle' wings on her back and some robotics that go into her spine and make up some of her spinal collum. has a metal 'claw' on her right index finger, attached to a glove. carries around a strange device that has a crystal ball in the center.
personality: sort of quirky and mysterious. she has a great sense of compassion and loves to see new things.
bio: when she was very little, her city was attacked by the Empire and she was wounded fatally. she was found and rescued by Scrignaut who then healed her by replacing her broken body with mechanical parts. He then adopted her and raised her. over the years he had to replace her parts, and several times she almost died again, but now that she's stopped growing, she is ok. the two now are traveling now that the war is over.
power: Elleca is subject to random visions of the past, present and future. she can call upon her powers willingly, but has to use her crystalball thing. Most of the time her visions are random and inconvinent.
