Hi all, this is your friendly neighborhood admin, reporting in on things.
First off, thanks to those of you who keep checking in, despite the fact the site has been pretty dead the past couple of weeks.
The last I heard from Dynamax, things had gotten complicated again financially, and his cable got cut. I assume it still is as I haven't heard from him in a little over a week. What he did say then was that hopefully they can get some stuff sorted out (as we know his family has had some medical issues lately and they've been trying to get life sorted out since then.) He said once those issues are resolved, things should start going back to normal, unfortunately he has been trapped in paperwork and the amount of time that takes to go through and get responces from the people who want the paperwork.
Needless to say lets all keep him and his family in our thoughts/pray for them/ do voodoo luck rituals/ do pagan luck rituals/whatever else you do when this sort of thing happens.
With all that in mind, I do feel really bad that the site has been so dead and am open to sugestions from all ya'll on what we can do in the meantime. Saddly because he is one of our key players it is hard to continue on with the ongoing RP's without him. Here were two ideas I had:
-we could make something new that we all agree on and Dy can hop in when he gets back if he'd like.
-we could 're-activate' one of the archived RP's like C.R.A.C.K. or Transmogrify, because Dy wasn't in either of those, and both were so early in the game our lovely NEW MEMBERS!! (we has them) could also join in if they wished.
Questions? Thoughts? Suggestions of what sort of luck ritual should be done for Dy?

I thought that too, but not everyone wanted to do it. I know outer said he'd rather concentrate on things like Ody. We're still gunna' do it of course, I just want to be sure everyone has something to do.

I'm so yo for that!!! We could try either one, you all mentioned digimon, ummm we could always continue 9hearts, uhhh....MIyazaki 2 was brought up a while ago. We could also start a new one, that always works lol. Your call ladies and gents.

Can't do 9Hearts because Dy has important characters in it. Miyazaki, I know he would join in later because he wanted to be in the original. But I'm not too sure on that one. I re-read most of C.R.A.C.K. and Transmogrify, C.R.A.C.K. we could do, but well let's just face it it isn't the most serious RP on the site...transmogrify's only issue is that some of the players aren't active any more  So, considering that we might want to try a new one. I'd like to hear Outer and Ice's imput too though ^^. |

I dunno. We could try doing some idea that one of the newbies suggested. Although I honestly have no idea about anything in that regard. Or we could just make up a new RP. Or hell, even just do some stuff in Odyssey without him. It's not like any of us post often enough for anything real serious to start happening there anyways.
Honestly, let's face it, Noble will probably post like once or twice a week, whenever it is he has access to a computer. CP is never on anymore and I don't know what Aura does, although he has more odds of posting since he's your boyfriend. So if you wanted, we could just do some stuff between you and me in odyssey. I'm not sure if Isis was going to be in that but now could be a time for her to be while the relentless posting of whenever it is dynamax is on is died down for the moment.
Transmogrify is probably best dead in my opinion. I have some serious character remakes I'd have to do in there. Note: Never use your own name as the name of a character. It makes it way to weird.

Well, one of the newbies suggested a Mugen RP...but it was a bit incoherent...the idea that is and I'd ask him to elaborate more but he hasn't been on in a while.
like I said I'd like to do something everyone can have a hand in. I mean, in theory we could do more stuff in the summer threads of 9Heart, and just do the side stories of character that wouldn't need Dy's...like, you and I could do more stuff with Illy and Isaac...and then, I could start that Digimon RP that Isis and Noble still seem in on for them. Aura will be online, I just have to tell him to. He's sort of been getting updates through me.
Goodish news is Dy does have some access to the internet. I managed to talk to him a bit on facebook. He says things may be slowly getting better, but it's hard to tell.
As for naming characters after your self. Noble has made it his thing ^^. I think the problem was you made the one named after you a guy who can turn into a girl lol.

I've named two characters versions of my name, but neither are in RP's that were sucessful. And Dy has one in BB named after himself, but that does all ya'll little good for a refference.
I believe the key to it is making you character as badass as possible. So when you post as them you think "F*ck yeah! I just did that! I'm a badass!"
But anyhoo, back to business. I'll go message CP on facebook and see what's up.

You should all know I just creep on the site. I see no point in logging in when I'm not going to do anything.
Honestly, I don't really have an opinion, though. I've lost like 99.9999% of motivation for the site, because of how dead it is. I discovered tumblr rps, which are insanely active and made a wonderful replacement blahblahblahetc so really, this would be like a side site for me. So don't be too concerned about my activity.
Though I feel transmogrify would need a MEGA redo, if we did anything with it. Digimon could be fun....But once more I don't know how much I'd actively be on it.

so basically it sounds a bit like we want to start a new one?
if that's the case we could do digimon, we could look back in the previously suggested ideas and see if there is anything we want to do. Or aura and I had an idea for one too.

well from what i've been hearing around the grapevine, you guys are interested in continuing Nine Hearts? Even without Dynamax?
If Ice and I can get some, well, people actually saying they're interested in continuing the story and posting reliably, we're more than willing to move past the summer and onto Chapter 4.

Well, what I had said was we could keep up with summer shenanagins, because he does like 9hearts.
How does this sound? I'll ask him if he's ok with it. He might be able to work in some plots he had planned before.
Good news is he says things are starting to mellow out ^^
