So in this world of ours, obviously there is to be an rp about vamps....and wolves.....any takers...
Vampires: Sunwalkers.: okay so these vamps. Think Blade.
They can walk in the sunlight, without drawing attention to themselves. NO SPARKLES!!! They have all the powers of traditional vamps...speed, super strength, increased senses...basically think all the powers that twilight vamps have.
However: They have all weaknesses of traditional vamps, steaks silver bullets. Wooden bullets, holy water, crossses, (Though only through contact)

The Werewolves: Im thinkin, we go with a combo of Twilight, and True Blood.
So Werewolves, They can change without moonlight, but they are not Horse sized. They are a little larger than normal wolves. They can run for long distances, obviously...lol

Maybe....but it's a big maybe.
What kind of vampires are we talking? Traditional? house of night? Twilight? other? Whatever the hell you want? Same goes for wolves....Shapeshifters, traditional, traditional with a twist? In America, Japan, Medieval blahblahblah....other world....are there humans? I need knowledge!

Twilight like thing.....
Fullmoon wolves.....
half and halfs.....they look humanoid....but are animal looking..

Okay,....so powers....
Vampires: Glamouring......Vamps. can hypnotize weaker minded human beings.....no work with shifters
All normal vamp powers....speed. ....strength
All weaknesses: getting steaked. silver bullets, holy water, crosses.....only if touched.....no garlic though..
Some vampires have special powers. Also not like twilight....where every other dude has powers...lol.
Some vamps have been known to shift into wolves....or be able to fly......
