"I know...just saying." Onobi sighs. ------ Djakal and Rosche walk over to the girl. She sits up and looks at them "Thanks..." she holds out her hand "I'm Melanie by the way!"  Rosche shakes her hand "I'm Rosche and this is Djakal." "Nice to meet you!" Melanie stands. "If you could each carry a bag that'd be a big help. I stuck big down in the mines." she smiles and easily picks up one bag. Djakal picks one up and is surprised by how heavy it was. This girl may not have been the brawniest dwarf but she was just as strong as Colos for sure. Rosche holds the third sack over her shoulder "Do you mind if we get the rest of our group? They're not too far." "Sure!" Melanie smiles. |

"They are near water...with other people. No fighting." Velos says.

Onobi looks "Others? Ooo! Maybe Rosche found some new clan members this time."

Rosche smiles as they walk. "So you live in town?"
Melanie grins "Yup! My dad mines nearby and my mom owns the inn. I spend most of my time in my mines or with my buddy Jona. He's a blacksmith, so most of this ore will go to him."
"He will be happy to see all you got for him them." Djakal chuckles
"Naw, he's a grump." Melanie sighs.
"Oh?" Rosche asks
"Yeah, he used to have a reason but it's been a while. His mom was murdered when he was little and his dad died soon after. One of the ladies in town took him in, after he got in a bit of trouble that is." she chuckles "I think it's time he moved on but-" she stops and squints seeing a group up ahead.
"Ah, there they are." Rosche says "With others."
Melanie holds an hand over her eyes and looks. "Is that...." she mutters, before lighting up "EDDY!" she shouts and runs at him, and tackles him in a hug. "It's you! And Colos! Ooooo! This will make Jona smile I'm sure!" she grins and looks back at Rosche and Djakal "Why didn't you say you were traveling with them!"
"We...didn't know you knew each other." Djakal says
"Well OF COURSE I know them!" Melanie smiles and looks back to Edwin "What have you been up to? It's been forever! Jona's getting real good at the forge, of course your aunt makes him keep busy so he doesn't go back to stealing, that's probably why." she giggles.

"I travelled around for a while...got jumped by slavers. Got bailed out by Uncle Gamu and..got married." Edwin says. "That sounds weird when I say it all together like that. but it's true. This is my wife Onobi." Edwin says. "Rosche is her sister."

"No kidding!" Melanie smiles and looks at Onobi "Nice to meetcha'! Me and Eddy go waaaay back, before all that stuff he said." she looks back at Edwin "She's cute Eddy, your aunt is gunna' love her!" she then looks at Colos "When are you gunna' get married?"
Onobi giggles at Melanie.

Edwin looks the group over. "Well this a welcome sight, especially since Colos just informed me we'll have to duck Ogrin...as well as that fop Kristoff."

Melanie sticks out her tounge "Yuck, really?" she sighs "Well that'll be interesting. Hopefully my loot will keep Jona busy, ya' never know how he's gunna' act."
Onobi looks at Rosche "You aren't allowed to attack them ok?"
"Hmph." Rosche says "We'll see."

"Hell leave him to Auntie. Not even Ogrin will mess with her." Colos says.
"How you underestimate his arrogance." Edwin says. "But fine...we'll let her keep him in line."
