"Hey! I-well-you-I don't-," Ignacio stammers. He slumps his head in defeat. "To be fair, I wouldn't have to use them as napkins if we actually HAD more napkins in stock."
Barthandelus nods at Caradoc's statement. "It's the truth. The emperor of Genagis during the war didn't call on Cerberus, believing his aid would be unnecessary for them to win. His arrogance was his downfall."
"Now it seems the young emperor calls on him to help Genagis survive by winning them money in this tournament.," Aerora deduces. "A warrior who has never been beaten and fought in wars throughout centuries." She looks at Barthandelus. "There may be an Aether who knows of him that we could consult."
"Perhaps. It's too late for me to ask one now. It will have to wait until after the tournament.," he replies. "Tread carefully Aerora. We cannot make the mistakes of others when facing this one."
Ignacio suddenly raises his head. "Wait, what recruit in Ferrin?"

"Then I can show you to the medical ward and after, Genagis' wing of the sleeping quarters...there are bathrooms there you can clean up in." Eicara says
Cael frowns "Sorry Tai Long...I didn't notice your head when I got that stuff off you." he mutters and very cautiously creeps out from behind Meda. he holds up his hand towards the back of his head, and the runes on his bracelet glow as he heals him. "I'm just as bad a healer as I am an Emperor..." he thinks. "There...we can save a bit of time..."
"Very good." Eicara smiles. she then looks to Ignacio "Sefrin. I believe that was his name."

"No you're not. You cannot save everyone. The fact that you want to though says much about your character, and thus you will do your best and those who you can save will be, and those you can't shall not be forgotten." Tai Long says. "That is the best any one man can do."
"Wow, you're big on philosophy." Simon notes.
"Father had so little people to talk with on such matters. We used to have many moral debates." Tai Long says. "I was taught well by his edicts."
"So...what happened to you to get that way?" Simon says.
"People like the Woman of the Wild...people who see anything my Father touched as something to hate...they happened." Tai Long says.
"And you're still gonna fight for them?" Barnabas says.
"They are ignorant to the truth due to 'official word'. When I win I will see the truth be revealed. Then it will not matter anymore." Tai Long says.
"When...you win?" Barnabas says.
"Yes, for the other alternative is my death. I commit my very life to my victories here. For my Father...it's either one or the other. So long as I can fight, I will rise." Tai Long says. "I will defeat even Cerberus if I must."
"So you're gonna kill to get what you want?" Barnabas asks.
"No. The only life that I intend to see taken is my own if it calls for it." Tai Long says. "But I will see justice done. My Father's heroism will be recognized. He...deserves no less." He glances at Cerberus. "No offense my Comrade."

"None taken. I know you can't kill me." Cerberus says
"Alright, your cockiness is getting very-" Meda starts
"People don't die here." Cerberus sighs "Remember? It's enchanted or something..." he says "No risk at all...a shame. The entire point of fighting is to kill."
Cael frowns, still not feeling all that confident with himself. He retreats back to Meda, wanting to be hidden from as many people as possible.

"That's right!," Ignacio agrees. "Although you still feel quite a bit of pain and get KOed after taking critical damage. And there's no restrictions against where you attack people. We've even seen a few decapitations here and there."
Looking back to Eicara, he hums as he tries to see if the name is familiar. "You mean...that legendary thief?"

"Yes, the same. We've already made preparations to keep eyes on him should he pass." Eicara says.
"Decapitations. At least we have that." Cerberus says sarcastically. "Even those get old."
Meda looks to Eicara and Ignacio "Might we continue this tour?" she asks, nodding subtly to Cael to indicate his discomfort.

"I'll let you handle the rest of their tour Eicara. I have myself a thief to catch.," Ignacio says with a wink. At that, he vanishes in another swirl of flames.

Eicara nods "Right then. If you would follow me, I will show you to you're wing. This will be where you will sleep, bathe, dress, and so on." She says and starts to a door on the opposite end of the room.
Cael all too eagerly follows her, pulling Meda a bit. He looks around her at the Zeuterrians again, terrified they would insult him.
Caradoc get's eye contact with him and smiles, which causes him to jump a bit and hide again. "Huh...jumpy little guy." Caradoc mutters "Must be nerves."
Cerberus turns, flourishing his capes a bit as he does so.

sebastian back in his butler clothing walked over to ceil cleaning up his dishes. "sir would you like to talk with the others?"
"yes we shall mingle now." he said as he stood up and started walking towards Iola.

Eicara leads the Genagis group through the door and into a wide hallway with several others branching off of it "As you can see, there is a hallway for each nation, and each hall leads to each country's respective residence area. The second to last hall on the right is the Genagis quarters. There you will find a common room, where you may all relax and talk together, and off of the common room are your respective bedrooms. You currently have a room for each Champion and, in this case the Emperor has his own room as well." she says, leading them in to take a look.
Cael frowns at seeing how nice everything was.
"You are of course, allowed to invite Champions from outside your country in, however they must have an escort from your nation with them at all times. Likewise, if you wish to go to another nation's ward, you too must be chaperoned." Eicara smiles "Any questions before I let you all settle in and...wash up, before we move on?"

"Because they aren't anymore." Iola says "Not to get political, but they aren't exactally the military force they used to be. I've heard things were bad but that was sort of outrageous...little thing looked starved, like a stray breeze could snap him in half too. And if he's their Emperor, imagine the common folk."
"Eh, they got what was coming to them." Ewan says from his seat, getting in on conversation because boredom had set in. "They don't want to be covered in mud they shoulda' never messed with everyone else." he kicks back "But that's all ancient history, don't matter anyways. Not like they can go to war again." he smirks and laughs "For various reasons. The arena being only the most obvious...second only to the fact that pipsqueak clearly is a wuss."

"Is there an outside area for our country?" Tai Long asks. "I am not a fan of remaining indoors for too long."

"Oh? You really think so?" Sevak says. "How sad then for you to underestimate their will to survive. I personally see their champions as likely some of the more dangerous foes we can face, and that's not counting Cerberus."
"And you base that on what?" Barbados says.
"I was once like that Emperor they so clearly mock." Sevak says. "Yet here I am now."

"Each ward does have a small courtyard with a fountain and a few benches. However there is a larger park you can go to outside the living quarters that is not for any specific nation." Eicara says "That sounds like it would suit your needs more, however do remember that in that area fighting is prohibited."

"I will not actively seek fighting outside of the arena. However I will not show any weakness if confronted. But worry not...I won't get disqualified. If such a thing happens I will take my own life in shame." Tai Long says. "If anything my fruit stained clothes and bloodied head should prove my restraint."

"Can't go five minutes without some argument breaking out in here.," Odysseus comments, looking with lament at his now empty liquor bottle.
"Despite his rudeness, Ewan has a point Sevak.," Barthandelus chips in. "Whatever spirit the boy emperor may have, he has neither the training nor the skill to implement it for good use. Whatever hope Genagis has left is in the hands of their dark knight, Cerberus."
Aerora eats her food quietly. She was never one to talk in big crowds. Not only did she rather listen, she also suffered from a bit of stage fright when being put on the spot.
