"Oh shit, it's pissed." Nabiki says.
The beast howls as it rises.
"If we adopted him that would make him our clan...he would no longer be an Orochi in name. Blood yes, but not name. Can he do this?" Masamune asks.

Artorus smiled,
"Yes, he can. He took his harrowing, making him an official orochi clan member. Wings and all. But, after he finished, and the transcription was done on his back, he stood before them all. His whole clan mind you, and denounced any and all ties he had to them. He called them weak and stupid. One of Dynams personal gaurds drew a weapon and stepped towards him, but before even I could act, Kris took his ARM off at the elbow." Artorus said with a quick shudder.
"He lept away from them and joined me at my side. His father yelled at him saying all manners of things, but Kris stood almost proud I think. I thought it best to leave then. He told me he knew his father still hated him. He did it merley for the secrets that would be inscribed on his back. He....says he wanted to do this a while back, but he needed to embarrass his father first."
Kris growled slightly,
"Damn, I thought that would of at least knocked it down for a while." Kris said with pout.

Summer summary:
Kris dedicated much of his summer to training and seeing the majority of his friends ( spending ad much time as possible with the oni clan that a certain girl was akin to.) He tried his best to make a name for himself and to prove to his new family that he truly belonged.
Leah:
Leah spent much of her time during the summer switching between visiting Kris and Roy respectively.

Summer Summary:
Roy's body has fully stabilized and has started to take after his dad a bit, having worked out some long standing issues over what happened to Roy.
Malus grew closer to Axelle and became more comfortable with himself, finally accepting his dragon size, he finally allowed himself the ability to transform into his full dragon form once more.
Dale bought himself this new set of armor he was saving up for.
Nerina spent most of her summer looking after her two kids alongside Artorus and Mr. Squishy, who finally began to accept Artie in his life.
Felix has begun to petition Merlin to become the School's alchemy teacher.
Nothing really noteworthy happened to most of the others...except for the oni clan...
Nabiki grew closer to Kami and Zain, and struggled with her feelings for Kris that still lingered, but all that became irrelevant one night.
Her uncle, Kintaro, was attacked and murdered by Mordred, who attempted to steal his sword for his own use. The sword, being alive, rejected him and was claimed by an embittered Ryuji, who drove off the assassin. He disappeared after his funeral and many speculated he might quit the school but a letter was received by Merlin from him saying that he is going to show up first day.

Summer Summary (…lol anyone else notice…never mind)
Illyana’s summer with her father proved to be an excellent distraction, and helped her to not only get over her break-up with Kris, but to re-build her relationship with her father. She fell in love with the ways of the Discipuli ex Spirituum, and spent much of her summer learning their ways and magic. Her favorite moments of her summer were those when Isaac was with them in the city. She learned a lot about herself getting to know him better, and feels like they are even closer friends now.
Ezrah spent his summer teaching Illyana and Isaac about the Discipuli ex Spirituum and their ways. While the two were off training or doing tasks to gain respect, he would work on his own missions to gain respect of the spirits.
Over the summer Mortus spent endless hours bragging to his family about all he had learned. When he wasn't doing that, he was with Lance who (though he will never admit it) clung to because he missed his sister. He decided after his defeat in the finals, that brute strength and force weren't going to always work as well as they do, and a small percent of the time knowing some sort of healing might be handy.
Zain went home that summer confident that he could solidify a high place on the food chain of his demonic, swampy home. He dedicated much of his time to practicing darkness, knowing it was better not to deny that part of himself. Using inspiration from his peers and what he had learned he worked on building up a repertoire of spells that didn’t rely on his drawing spells alone. Naturally, he also did a lot of painting and drawing; mostly of his muses Nabiki and Kami.
Kalsifer spent his summer tending to Zain as usual.
Sesil didn’t really do anything out of the ordinary. The only change was that he wasn’t teaching, something he was very indifferent about.
Axelle spent the summer visiting Malus and continuing her training with Serenity outside of school.
Morgigas tried to work on his English. He hasn’t gotten any better. No one dares to tell him.

Summer Summary:
Sapphire spent about 99% of her summer training, now that the finals showed where all of her weaknesses were. The rest of her summer was spent writing letters to Rami (and other friends but mostly him), bonding with her family, etcetcetc
Lucien spent his time learning how to be a nefarious evil bastard. Also doing research on his curse and basic magic, so he can actually pass his classes and keep his cover.
Peter spent the summer being a nefarious bastard
Nio spent the summer teaching Sapphire, working at the apothecary, and occasionally hitting Jasper for being an embarrassing uncle.
Jasper wandered the country side with his sister, protected places that wanted it and generally enjoyed the boost in business because AH THE SCHOOL WAS ATTACKED TWICE AND MERLIN WAS THERE. He also teased Sapphire over a perceived and accurate crush on Rami. Even if she denies it. And then he got hit by Nio.

(Welp, looks like the time has come to start back up this RP. So might as well get down to the gritty stuff of what's been happening with my character's over the summer.)
A Summer Summary Summarizing Summarized Summer Summarizations, the Summarability of which is Summarizationally Summarized by Summarable Summaries Summarizing a total Summer Summary, Summarifically.
Isaac - Isaac spent a majority of his summer with Illyana and her father in the Discupuli Ex Spirtuum main headquarters. There, he was able to win the favor of the water spirit Undae after a long quest of aiding as many random people as he could. These "acts of heroism" were completely against Isaac's standard characters as ordinarily he wouldn't bother himself with the day to day troubles of complete strangers. Either way, he would be lying to say some help from Illyana was never needed, their constant companionship forging a bond between them.
Lance - Aside from occasional visits to his suburban family, Lance spent much of his summer with Mortus. An accurate desciption of his "Summer Vacation" would be more akin to "A Summer of Pain". Mortus' family of dragons were never easy on Lance, and to his displeasure the magic of his grandfathers gauntlets and lance never ceased their endless changing of his body to match his new injuries. Now very little of his body is reminiscent of the human boy he used to be, his new form being much more draconic in appearance. Although he isn't found of his new look, he will admit that the changes have always made him stronger. He comes back from this summer more confident of himself and with stronger ties to Mortus and his family.
Rami - Rami spent his summer in the desert his clan calls home. Training was a significant part of what he was doing, but a good amount of his summer was being the pen pal of Sapphire. He also kept in contact with Kamilah, especially after the incident involving the murder of Ryuji's brother. The elders of his clan and him agree; war between Merlin and Snape may be on the horizon. Rami and his tribe need to be prepared for what could come.
Kami - Kami had quite the eventful summer. It started off rather nicely, visiting Nabiki's family as part of her, Zain and Nabiki's summer rotation agreement. Unfortunately, the murder of Kintaro interfered with much of that. Zain went off to his father's home alone for a while, and when he returned, she could sense the stronger force of darkness within him. As much as she hated to admit it, it looked like she was going to be the most likely candidate for any "damsel in distress" scenarios that could occur between the three of them. Thus, like most everyone else, she trained. Not as hard of course, she enjoyed her free time too much. But she trained. And she consoled. Nabiki needed her support after Kintaro's death. Someone needed to curb her anger. And Zain, well...the demon had grown on her. She comes back to A.W.E. this summer with two lovers and a cheerful attitude, but her spiritual awareness senses something foreboding on the horizon. Mordred's attack on the Oni was just the beginning. Something is starting, she can feel it.
Summarily, Mr. Match and his brother Olaf spent much of their time with the other teachers of A.W.E. and Merlin.
