Travis looks at it a while.
"the princess...why aren't you with her?" The illusion speaks.
Travis stares at it a while more.
"Forget this." Malrot points and blasts the spot where the illusion stood, dissipating it.
Travis snaps out of it. "Wha...what happened?"
"Your subconscious is acting out." Argus says.

Brann sighs "It is effective. If we run into any of these chimeric dragons let me handle it. I've got a certain...skill with dragons." he says.
"Mother told me that too..." Luca says "she knows a lot about you."

"Naw...well...sorta'." Brann says "This is my compact 'human' form. I wasn't born looking like this. I'm...bigger." he sighs "Like a big...dragon, but my scales look like feathers. I don't know, the inscription under the statue that appearantly is me says something about Dragon Lord demon or...something. I don't know, maybe waaay back when we were born from the same being. Hell if I know." he sighs

Brann looks around, hearing a woman's voice call to him "Damnit...Eye's open gang, looks like it's my turn..."

Brann nods and looks around.
"Why Brann? It's not fair..." the voice calls again.
Brann turns around. standing behind them was a woman. Brann had no clue who she was, but she looked a bit like Shaylin with darker hair. "Hmm?"
"It's not fair Brann...Why do you love her more than me?" the woman was crying "She doesn't love you...I do...what about me? Why do you still prefer her? Am I just here so you can have a legacy?"
"Pardon?" Brann looked very confused "Guys, I don't think this is my illusion."
"I'm sorry Brann." another voice says, and the demoniic form of Vinitia appears "I just don't feel that way about you. Find someone else, I only want to be your friend."
"...Miss Vinitia?" Brann looked really confused now
"Quit staring at her Brann!" the other woman shouts "You...you have me...look at me Brann..." the other woman pulls out a knife "I can't take it Brann...no more...You love her more than me...." the woman then stabs herself, falls over and fades away.
Brann jumps "What the hell?"
"Brann...what did I tell you? This was your fault." the Vinitia apparition says

Travis stands frozen, staring at his Queen. "So that's...what Her Majesty...looked like back then."
Malrot stands there, not willing to fire upon an apparition of Vinitia. "This is madness. The forest violates our memories."

Luca looks at the apparition with a little smile "Mother...and she's in her natural form...so pretty." he mutters
"Brann, I told you no...you didn't listen and now look what has happened." she says "[/i]She's not coming back Brann, and neither is your boy...he hates you now. You've lost everything and they won't come back. And what's the saddest, is you don't even remember...do you?[/i]" she says.
Brann was a little put off by that. he stares at the apparition until it is hit by a fall of white fire. he turns and looks at Shaylin.
"Well, none of you were going to do it." Shaylin says. she looks at him "are you ok?"
"Yeah..." Brann looks at where the other woman had been "That...that was trippy..."
