Misentia rolls her eyes. "Must you?"
"YOU DICK!!!" Karn bellows.
"That'd be a yes." Kaidne readies his spear. "Out of this room at least Brother."

"But..." Karn looks at her conflicted.
"Have you EVER won an argument with me Soldier?" Misentia says. "Besides, I came onto him. I also proposed so if you want to hit the one responsible I am right here. But I am not going to let anyone hurt a Father of any child of mine, do you hear me?"
"Father...I....no Milady...I..." Karn sheathes his swords. He turns around and heads off without another word.
"You should have let him." Kaiden says.
"No...he needs my words more than he needs your little ritual." Misentia takes his hand. "Speak for me. I'll be back."

"Actually it was Kaiden's suggestion. You know how he adored my first husband." Misentia says.
"Yeah, and you should know...his spirit...now lies within your grandson." Karn says.
"It does not surprise me at all actually." Misentia says.
