"It really isn't. They were taken by natural causes, which is better than the evils of others." Rowan says. He looks around the forest "We'll be approaching the wall soon...And we haven't angered the flora or fauna. Good work gentlemen."
"Was that given to you by Ammon?" Vortigern asks looking at the light.
"Hmm this? No. This is an animus trick. Anyone who can use that sort of magic can hold off his forest." Rowan says "Though, usually only those with animus blood can use it."

"Does that mean you are part Animus? That'd be a weird pairing. though I suppose it IS possible." Svendal muses. "Hmm...I have seen an Animus female or two in my time. Would be opposed to a meeting of the races if you get my drift." He says with a wink.
Logos just growls.
"Tough crowd. Though this has me convinced that you need to get laid Lion boy, though with such a spiky mane I'm not sure you'd attract many." Svendal barely dodges a claw swipe from Logos. "You know constructive criticism is not to be ignored."

"May wish to save that for another time friends." Rowan says and points "There it is, the opening to Cathitias." he says, as the open comes into view. "Vort, you might want to take the lead, as you are the 'normal' one to them."
Vortigern nods "Right." he watches the opening, seeing a few lights from torches.

Rowan laughs "Right."
As they approach, two of the torch lights move "Who goes there?" one of the guards calls. The guard looks at Vortigern suspitiously, unable to see the others from the fog off the forest.
"Good evening, I am Vortigern Di Vanesco. We have been sent by our leader to speak to your King and Queen, as well as to give news on your Princess and the men who came through with her." he says, getting to the point.
"Di Vanesco? Like Lord Vito?" another guard whispers.
"We?" the guard with the torch holds it up more and sees the others. he let's out a quiet and controled gasp. he signals to one of the other guards "Fetch Lord Hyoma..."
