Ana gave Emilio a faintly concerned look, remembering the earlier conversation about scars and wondering if he was alluding to mental ones. A strong part of her wanted to ask, but she figured it would be best to wait until they'd had more time to calm down and relax. Sure as hell doesn't sound pleasant.... "He's right. As long as you can get away without causing trouble for them...that's probably better. Especially if you can help others in the process..."

Ana nodded with a soft hum of agreement though she couldn't help but wonder what Midnighter spies there were. No one had come after her yet, after all. "If you do, you'll be just as bad as them, after all." Maybe worse, because you'll know what it feels like to lose someone, but you did it anyways.
