When the time came, Blitzcrank sat down at his throne and pulled out a tele-communicator from a module on the side. Clearing his throat, he began his address.

"SPSRL of Sectora, this is your appointed leader Blitzcrank. I address you this night on such short notice to inform you of something that some may have feared, others have thought to be inevitable, and still more believed wouldn't happen. After consulting with my advisors and because of recent new information regarding the assassination of a Duke appointed to the area of Tektallium closest to us, I have decided to declare war upon Arcadis." Blitzcrank pauses to let this declaration sink in.

"I know that I have been an advocate of peace for our nation and this comes entirely from the left side of our cerebral processors, but allow me explain. Arcadis is a military machine and will not allow us to stay independent for long. As soon as they could get their resources back up, they would conquer us like the did they Tektalliums. But this is not just a war of self defense. Many of our brethren are still slaves to humans in Arcadis and are treated like mere tools. They are beaten down upon, ridiculed, some even reprogrammed to have no free will. We cannot allow these injustices to continue! Sectora was created to be a voice for SPSRL everywhere and as a safe haven for them. Humans may have created us, but they do not understand that we are not so different from them...well, at least when it comes to mental capacities."

"This is also the best time to strike at them. Arcadis will never admit it, but the war with Tektallium has drained them of manpower and resources. Aside from our lack of telekinetic abilities, SPSRL are superior to humans in many ways, from increased durability, enhanced strength, even quicker thinking. We have the potential and the ability to stop them here and now. Arcadis spreads fear, domination, and hate for our kind and any others that do not meet their criteria for the perfect being. We see and think more logically than that. I urge you to use that logic to see why it is I am correct in my analysis."

"We are also not alone in this manner. Over my active period I have made friends with humans who sympathize with our cause, including the one that has informed me of the recent rebel attack against Arcadis. If we help these rebels, we can gain increased fire and manpower along with lasting post-war debts and relationships that will only benefit our nation further"

"Because of our new state of war, I am initiating order 2895 sub-order 1001101 of the Martial Clause. I expect to see all SPSRL with active periods of 5 years or more ready to within the next 48 hours Western Mountainous Time. Those with logical reasonings behind inabilities in combat situations must present them to your nearest military building before we march or else I expect to see you there. I am opening up the armories to provide any who don't have weapons or modifications with any that they can afford. Remember that by Specialized Clause 27 you are allowed one free weapon or mod of your choice, so those who cannot afford armaments shall be provided for."

"These will be trying times for us, but we can persevere through it. We were able to form this nation despite extreme resistance, and together we shall strike back at those that would subdue us and the rest of the known world. End Transmission."

Clicking the module back into it's position on his throne, Blitzcrank sighed. Now would be the hardest two days as SPSRL throughout his nation prepared themselves for war, as well as though who did not agree with him would express their opinions openly. He could only hope he was making the right decision.

Lenny's music had been overridden by the transmission.

"So, they know we're coming." Lio says "Lenny...did you tell them?"

"No sir!"

"then how could they have known?" Lio mutters and looks at Sairca "You're right, it doesn't matter. what matters is they plan to go to war with the Empire. and they know we want to as well..."

Jack sighed a deep breath.

"Well...we...we may just have a chance now..." Jack smiled.

"Not neccesarilly..." Arcke commented.

Members of the rebels turned and looked at the senior member.

"If Sectora goes to war they will be fighting to destroy or conquer Arcadis, Not to free Tektallium. Our nation is still under Arcadis control. If another nation simple comes through and conquers Arcadis, then we simple have a new ruler, but the same situation...Honestly I don't trust Sectora...." Arcke spoke.

Jack's expression changed.

"Well..." Jack spoke."I usually like to think the best in people...however I also like to trust you Arcke...this...this is a difficult decision...and we will have to tread very carefully...If we don't get Sectora support...then as Arcke said: different face, same fate."

[Inkshade]

"Wull...I think once we get to him, Blitzcrank will be willing to come to some sort of deal. Especially for you Jack!" Lenny says

"What?" Lio asks

"I think Blitzcrank will make a deal for Jack." Lenny says "Shall we be off then?"

Sairca and Lio exchange looks and follow the energetic bot.

"Well I hope we can work this out. Otherwise I'll be really confused. I mean you said these guys were not like Arcadis but now you say if they win they'll be just like Arcadis and...my head hurts." Goltenga says.

"Galey, you heard all that?" Jebidiah asks her.

"Yes." Galetea says. "I'm with you Dad. I'm going to fight for you and everyone else here."

"Damn right." Jebidiah was proud of her. "Let's get crackin' Dearie, we gotta prepare for war."

[Inkshade]

"He means if Sectora wins against Arcadis, then they get Tektallium. In which case we won't have freedom, just a new master." Sairca says "The only way to secure that Tektallium would be restored is if the heir to the Tektallian throne asked for help, and even then if we won they would be in debt to Sectora."

"That's a grim way to view things." Lenny says

"That's politics." Sarica says.

Lio frowns, he could hear the discomfort in Sairca's voice. "Well, there's not much we can do there. We can try to get the word out to the remaining Tektallian nobility...if any remain."

[Dynamax]

"Umm...I know of one." Goltenga says. "He was a potential target but he slipped away. I think he might be heading to Sectora himself. Angry guy. Niles...Rigel...Nigel...something?"

"Right..." Arcke spoke."Well...what will be our course of action?"

"I suppose we could simply see what they have planned." Jack said as he walked foward. He looked back."Well are you coming?" Jack smirked and continued toward Sectora.

"B-But Jack!" Arcke yelled.

"Hurry uuuup!" Jack sung back.

"He has a very pleasent attitude." Lenny says happily and follows.

Eleca smiles at Blitzcrank "that was wonderfully spoken sire. Now, what are you going to do about the rebels?" she asks

"No not him, the guy i am thinking of. A short blond guy with super strength and this woman with a darker skin tone who was his body guard. Neil....Somethingstern. He was a royal...cousin I think." Goltenga says.

"Thank you.," Blitzcrank says, obviously not ecstatic about his speech. "I suppose in the case of the rebel we should send someone out to get them. Do you know where they are Eleca?"

"Excellent...the news is spread! We go to war!," Technik says happily.

"I suppose then that my skills will be needed after all.," Akilah comments.

"Yes. This will be a perfect opportunity to show Blitzcrank just how great you are.," Technik agrees happily.

[Inkshade]

"I can look." Eleca smiles and pulls out her crystal ball. she gazes into it. "They are about 10 miles south of the capital now. They seem to be being lead by a SPSRL...an odd one...They have an Arcadis model welding SPSRL with them as well...it is them. I see the hooded man..." she says and puts it away.

"Nigel Guildenstern." Sairca says.

Lio looks at him "You know him?....No?"

"That...sounds right. He had a scowl and a big piledriver weapon a normal person couldn't carry. He was tough. He made Master swear a lot when they fought." Goltenga says.

Blitzcrank nods. Pressing a button, the door opens to show the 4 he asked to wait outside the throne room. "Technik. I want you and Akilah to go intercept the rebels fleeing from their succesful mission. They are about 16 kilometers south of here. Do not harm them, but escort them to me. We will have much to discuss."

Technik bows. "As you wish Blitzcrank." Gesturing to Akilah, the both of them leave.

"Err...should Gear hide so that they don't try to kill her?," Gear asks. "Gear thinks they won't be happy once they see me."
"Actually, yes. I wouldn't want to screw up relations and make us seem like we would just use them.," Blitzcrank agrees. "For now Gear, see if you can go around and be useful to those getting ready for war. And NO FUNNY BUSINESS! I don't want to see any destoyed things, got it?"
"Yeah, yeah, Gear will be careful. There won't be any destruction.," Gears says, rolling her eyes. Walking out the door she adds, "That you see!," and then rockets out before anyone can react.
Blitzcrank facepalms. "Dammit Gear..."
