Luna threw her hair back, and revealed her trademark choker bracelet.
"I didn't have to do shit."
She looked at Agron, and pointed at him, sending him through several buildings. "It works kind of like you never being able to touch me." She grabbed Agron by the neck. Catherine put her sword to his back, and Loreena locked his powers away with a temporary restriction charm.
"Oh, by the way, we were given a directive by Mother. She told us to bring you home if you failed."
And off they went, back to the Maternity, and any level of Mother's wrath or goodwill.
She was, as usual, sitting in her throne in the Cathedral, planning out missions with the higher ranking agents.
She looked at Agron, and instilled immediate terror in him by opening her abyssal, deep purple eyes and revealing her sultry, ambiguous smile through her plump lips.
"So, Agron, I heard you failed..."
