As her unit stopped 5 feet from chars unit, ready to destroy it if it made ANY movement other than disarming the mobile armor.

Krys stopped his ms in front of Char.
"Commander...let's tear the thing apart. Lily,....take aim." Krys said, both his sabres glowing bright red.
((His ms is a very suped up variant of the unit class he uses....not a pushover))

Hawkes unit was gone in a flash, chopping of the left arm of krys's unit faster than you can blink, and in the same fluid movement cut the left foot of his unit too. A sudden warning alarm started going off in hawkes unit.

The Bigro's cannon powered down.
"Krys...we're going to have a little talk about interfering later." Char says as he activates his Trans Am. "I'm simply activating my system to make sure this stays fair. I am not talking a step beyond that. I only wish to talk...but I am prepared to defend myself. That and the Bigro Meir is still even now a floating bomb, that is due to design, not program. I can have it leave..but only if you ensure the safety of my squadron in return. The deaths on our end will stop and the Terrans can continue pulling people our of their homes, destroying families and continue to harm the innocent people I've only be trying to safeguard." Char says, ready for anything.

Hawkes unit began to spark electricity the blue particles began to turn dull and less were coming out, the gn drive was overloading.
"NO, not now, he still isn't here" She said to herself. The safety program kicked in and shut down her drive and her unit returned to normal colors and began to fall to the ground.

"NO!," Zetto yelled inside his MS as he saw Char power up to Trans-am and Hawke begin to fall. "I won't lose you again!"
Activating his own trans am mode, the Z-strike swooped in and grabbed Hawke's unit as it was falling. Looping back up and backwards, it spun right side up again before blasting back off in the direction it came from. However, as it reached a certain safe distance, Zetto turned his MS to face back towards the battle and, taking aim with his rifle, fired a large shot that pierced the Mobile Armor Bigro Meir.
However, it didn't explode. Opening up a comms link to Char as he sped away, Zetto said, "Your unit is not destroyed, but don't think of trying to use it for the remainder of this fight, or else it will detonate itself to annihilation. You have been warned. Do not mess with those close to me." With that, he continued back to where he was travelling, Hawke in his MS's arms.

watching the fight go on phil and sam watched and smiled. "shall we join in??" sam asked as with a smile.
"if you must im gonna let you have a head start." phil said as he let the 2 fins out and let them fallow sam as he took off.

"I didn't, I was merely trying to keep her from killing me. I was in fact asked to contact you. I have no intention on killing any non Terran units but you people keep making idiotic presumptions." Char says, trying to contact Zetto on his comm. "I only activated my Trans Am because I didn't want her to come at me and kill me, and even then I would have only disabled her MS. Do you read me?"
Char punched the wall of his cockpit. "Why am I being treated as the bloody bad guy here while it's my side that's being brutally attacked by the Earth?"

"That doesn't matter at this point.," Zetto replied over comms. "You're actions speak louder than your words do." Still, he pressed a button in his cockpit, causing more mines colored with the Sepratists colors to de-cloak around the Terran forces and commence exploding, dealing just as much damage to nearby MS as the previous ones did. "Besides, you don't need my help, as I can see by those mines you have set up."

"We don't have mines. That would be..." Char suddenly stops. "So that is your game huh? So be it. Mission complete." Char turns to his men. "Withdraw. We've got nothing else to gain from this." Char activates his thrusters.
"Whatever." Hayden says as he and Char fly to where Zeed and Krys are.
"Withdraw, we have nothing more to gain from being here." Char then turns to the Bigro Meir. He was out of range of the explosion as was most of his men. He took aim and fired a few bullets into it's engine. He managed to disable it without causing it to explode. It began to dive at the Terrans below. "Scatter formation."

(OOC: So Just so we have some clear cut this is over and now this is happening, instead of waiting for a month for us all to post leaving the planet, I'm doing something maniacal and EVIL MINI PLOT ADVANCEMENTS! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAA)
The Terran units began to retreat to one of the Carriers that had landed earlier. Larger units were sent out to scavenge the damaged and destroyed units for parts and survivors, taking a few prisoners from damaged sepratist forces. After a few hours the ship departs and collects back with the Terran Space Fleet.
"Sir, We lost over 4000 of our units in the Battle, of that 4000, 2500 are wounded, but in stable condition. 1000 are dead, and 500 are missing." Generic soldier Number 5 "Well that damned super unit they had took out so many of our forces" Lelouche thought to himself.
"They are leaving the planet sir" Suzaku reported to Lelouche
"Prepare the Space Units, Were going after them" Lelouche said eagerly. "Have Ships 4-5 jump to point F" he then said.

The Sepratist forces withdraw from X2 and begin to head out on their ships retreating to mars.
(so all of u are on some ships heading back to your home base you don't know the terrans are pursuing you)

Pouring himself a nice, cold glass of Throwback Moumtain Dew™, Zetto walked over to a couch and sat down across from Hawke.
"Hawke...I don't understand. How did you survive? I thought...I thought you were dead.," he asked her, sipping on his Mountain Dew™.

"Well, During that fight a few years ago, after i had killed the general, another unit appeared. It looked similar to the insignia from when i stole my unit, but it was different. Anyway, I had used the amplifier so my unit was low on its output rate, we faught he overpowered my unit, there was a massive explosion as i tried to use the amp again, too soon hoping that a few seconds would make a difference. I crippled his unit and he cirppled mine. I dont remember much what im telling you now was from my mission recorder in the unit. we drifted for some time before an outcast group on an abanded solar colony found me and teh unit. And i had heard that the terrans went to war so i figured you would be in the middle of it somewhere and i was right." she said the last part with a wink, as hawke got up and sat on zettos lap facing him, she then leaned foreward and said "You gonna share that?"

I can't settle on the small things that we used to do, no, I've got bigger plans to set up, larger fish to fry."
