Well....they could, but as I'm sure as normal guns could kill the monsters, a magic lightning bolt would kill of most of the creatures from the Rp. And its not shut down per say,.....no who am I kidding it is lol

But you see Noble's created potential, not only to revive RP's here...but others as well. Like I've been talking to Inky on th possibility of an RP that acts as a merger of the NAruto universes that seem to be popping up here, a NAruto thmd sequel/ spin off of The Passing if you will....
