make "lucky" guesses in the stock market and in other nefarious deals. His own personal fortune is said to be in the billions. He joined with the midnight company for fun, and is now partners with the hotheaded Alia.

Power: super computer. For lack of a better word, He is a genius. The smartest thing on this planet. His intellect is so feirce, that it boarders on psychic abilities. He is often times able to tell what an individual is going to do before the person dose.

Power 2: Because his brain is so developed, he has gained telepathic abilities. He can levitate things and throw things across great distances.

Weakness: He cant use his telepathic powers for long however. To much use will cause his body to shutdown and die.

Powers: Alex can change her bodies appearance and size at will. This allows her to use the persons voice and phisical attributes.

2: SHe is a tracker, if she copies a ascended human/animal form she can track the individual indefineatly

Weakness: She can only track one individual at a time. Also, she cannot copy powers, or recall copied peoples memories.

Power: Can use Electrical energy. His powers are mastered to a point, that he can control the electro-magnetic interference he creates, to not affect his team.

Bio: Leader of the Midnight organizations Cyborg Hunter squad. Was the second "unit" to be created for use. Loyal to the organization. He was a ascended human, who learned he could use electricity. He was found by the midnight organization, and was forcibly taken into the group, but not without a fight. He was left severly injured, and his only course was to volunteer for the cybor inititave program, which changed him into the cyborg he is now. Since then however, he has been

Bio: The original Cyborg. He is third in command of the unit. He's a bit older than the other units. He is more machine than human. Takes pleasure in stalking his prey. He enjoys his job, and has been with the Midnight organization for as long as he can remember.

Helmet has multi-lateral targeting and tracking systems.

Paraphernalia: multiple hidden blades around his body, two katanas, communicators inside his helmet. Multiple explosive devices.

Weakness: While invisible, his body is weaker, his form takes extra damage. Strong electro-magnetic interference will cause his older circuitry to shut down completely. His powers cause a strain on his components, as such he can only use his powers fo for a max of 5 minutes at a time, otherwise his actual human biology will begin to deteriorate.

Age: 18 (2 years as a Cyborg)

Bio: The units smallest and fastest. Second in command of the unit. She was Taken into the Group at 16, before being taken into the Cyborg unit. She is usually a fearless and efficent hunter.

Powers: Can control Water, and can create Ice.

Suits powers: increased speed, strength,dexterity, and agility,
Helmet has multi-lateral targeting and tracking systems.

Paraphernalia: Two long daggers made of the same metal as her cybernetics. Helmet communicator.

Weakness: her control over her powers isn't mastered, as such she tends to only use her powers around her leader. She is weaker than the others, and her cybernetics are more susceptible to electro-magnetic damage.
