Gear giggled with excitement. She had a super special secret mission to do today. Technik had found her some people to play with, people with materials he could use. She laughed as she skipped along. She was sure they would give her the good once they had had enough fun playing with her.

Lio smiles and puts his hands on his hips "Yes, bask in their light my friends! Sairca and I fought through 50 men for these treasures!"
"Phft!" Sairca shakes his head
"Fine...Sairca did most of the fighting....but I got the goods!"
Sairca sighs and clears his throat.
"OK! So, there were only like seven guards and We pretty much split even." he turns to Sairca "You just like the boring truth don't you?"
Sairca holds out his arm and give Lio a thumbs up. several members laguh at this, knowing that this was as close Sairca got to jokes.

It took Gear quite a long time, but with the occasional steam jump now and again she finally made it to where she was trying to get to. Hiding behind a bush, she watched as her "playmates" conversed about their latest catch. Hee hee hee! This will be like taking candy from a candy store! Except I don't have money! And I'm going to steal it! Wow, I sure like to think to myself...he, look, a flower!
Technik suddenly stopped and wondered if maybe sending Gear to steal some of the materials the local band of rebels had was a good idea. He then shrugged and decided it was. He doubted those humans could capture someone like Gear.

As they laugh at his apparent joke Sairca tilts his head and looks to the bushes.
Lio turns and looks "Hmm What is it?" he asks, as Sairca slowly walks to the bushes. he follows behind with his rapier at the ready. While Gear is thinking about how much she...thinks, the two lean over the bushes and look around.
Sairca looks down and elbows Lio "It's..." he says quietly
Lio sees Gear "..an adorible little robot!" he exclaims, loud enough to make Sairca jump.

"AAAH!!," Gear yelled in surprise, rocketing into the air with her steam on accident and flying over the tree tops. Landing a little ways away, she gets back up and mumbles, "Stupid humans scared me. Gear show them not to do that!" She then marched back to the bush where she had been found as Sairca and Lio still looked in the air, confused.
"Hey! You two! Scaring people isn't nice! Unless I do it!" She then opened up her left arm and shot out a flashbomb, which detonated in front in the air in front of all the rebels. Quickly running around, she gathered up some supplies and ran off.

Sairca covers his eyes. he takes deep breaths to try to get over the effects of the flash quicker.
Lio shakes his head fom the flash "oy....What a strange little...." he manages to see that some things were missing "Hey! she stole our stolen stuff!" he sees her running way ahead "Get back here! You silly little bot!" he laughs and chases after her. "Come on, we didn't mean to scare you." he smiles "I'm sorry!"
Sairca sighs and walks over to his things. he pulls out a chain with a knife on either end and pulls it up his sleeve. he runs off after Lio.
"He has got to have some sort of launcher under that coat..." one of the other members sighs "What do we do boss? The boys seem to think we should pursue...but they were stolen goods, nothing we didn't start the day without. And all of the shiney stuff those two brought back can buy replacements."

Gear laughs behind her at the silly humans. "Run run run, as fast as you can! You can't catch me! I'm a robot!" She then blasts off with steam again, landing another 30 feet ahead of them, running as fast as she could towards the mountains.

"Haha! this little bot's got a lot of energy!" Lio laughs. he continues to chase Gear, the chase becoming as much of a game to him as it was to the little robot.
Sairca catches up with Lio, he was far less amused. "Hmph..." he smirks under his hood
Lio looks at him with concern "Easy buddy...she's just a little thing." he pauses "You're not going to-"
Sairca get's in front of him and holds out his arm. a loud hiss of steam goes off and the knife with chains is sent flying at high speed at Gear. they wrap around her.
Lio sighs "Oh...that's all...I thought-...they won't her long, let's try to make it to her in time...Nearly gave me a heart attack you did..." he laughs, then starts sprinting towards Gear

"Gyah!," Gear yelled in surprise as the chains wrapped around her. Tryign to pull them off, she said, "Stupid chains!" Then, suddenly, she got an evil little look on her face. "Hee hee hee! You wanna walk the dog, eh? Gear is a bad doggy!" Kicking her gears into overdrive, she took off as fast as she could towards the mountains, eventually causing the chains to lengthen out behind her and start pulling Sairca after her, faster than he could run, essentially dragging him along the ground. "HAHAHAHAHAA!!! Nothing can hold Gear down!"

Lio has a shocked and almost horrified look on his face "Hey...Th-that's....This game isn't fun anymore little bot!" he calls out to her and chases them for a bit "Oh no...she's heading strait for the mountain and he's too proud to let go...."
Sairca refuses to release his end of the chain. he starts to use his free hand to pull himself in closer to Gear. he manages in one pull to get upright again and plants his heels into the ground ((he's essentially skiing without skis.)) with each pull towards Gear, he wraps the excess chain over his shoulder to get a better hold in it.
Lio puts his hands on his head "SAIRCA YOU STUBBORN- JUST LET GO ALREADY!" he shakes his head when his plea gets him nowhere

Looking behind herself, Gear sees the the human isn't letting go and is in fact pulling himself closer to her. Her expression turning annoyed, she yells to him, "Why wont you let go stupid human!? Fine! Gear sees how it is! Let's see if you can fly!" Gear then releases all of the steam she had gathered from working her gears into overdrive, causing her to blast off 100 feet into the sky, with Sairca following her up!
"AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! LET'S SEE YOU HANG ON NOW!!!," she gloats. But, when she starts going down, she realizes that maybe going 100 feet straight up isn't a good idea. "Uh oh...Gear made an oopsy..."

Sairca glares at Gear, not at all pleased by her insulting him.
Lio panics as they begin to fall "ACK! Don't stop flying!" he turns around "JACK!!! YOU'RE POWERS ARE NEEDED!!!!"
Sairca growls as they fall. he gets close enough to Gear, grabs her, then throws her at a sturdy tree branch. using her like a sort of grapling hook, he swings into the tree and establishes footing on it. he unravels Gear from the branch, muttering angrily.
Lio sighs with relief and looks at the sky "Thank you...." he joggs over to the tree as Sairca climbs down it with Gear under his arm.
Sairca starts to turn Gear around, looking all over the small robot's body "Off switch....." he growls.
Lio runs over and take Gear from him "Easy! easy....I know you're annoyed but you brought it on yourself!......I don't care if she insulted you!.....ok, yes that upsets me too, but I'm not going to look for an off switch that probably isn't there!....Well obviously she isn't a standard issue robot!....." Lio gasps "Sairca! My god man! That's terrible! How could you even think that! I'm...not letting you have her....you'll do bad things...." he steps away awkwardly.

Arcke and Jack stared off. The whole scene had occured in less than two minutes.
"Ummm..." Arcke mumbled.
"Wow! That was awesome!" Jack shouted running over to the others.
"Wait! Ugg.." Arcke followed.

Scrignaut continued walking, peering around."Do you require any food? Do you need rest? We may take a break before continuing. I sense no lifeforms, human or robotic, for a few miles,so we should be safe." He spoke in his robotic voice, this time it sounded alot calmer though, No where near as scary as went he attacked the bandits.

Gear struggled as the humans held her like she was some cheap toy. "Let Gear go! Let Gear go! You're going to make me angry!" Then Gears eyes started glowing red. "You won't like me when I'm angry!" Then, in sudden burst of strength, Gear pushed herself away from the other two, grabbed the goods, and took off running...leaving a flashbomb ready to blow up behind at their feet!

Max got away from the gaurds easily after that. He kept running through the city until he got out near the main gates. He could hear the gaurds yelling and searching for him.
He smiled,
"They are really intent on getting me."
He continued to walk forward, until a gaurd grabbed him.
"GOT YOU!!!"
