"Think of it like sticking a fork into a light socket. I'm the fork. I touch after I'm charged and you go bzzzz...heh, its was funny when the wolf bit me."

"So then, if we touch you when you're charged, you'll shock us?," Collin said. "Sounds like that part of your abilities could backfire onto us." Morgen shrugged. "I guess, but it wouldn't really affect me that much since I just absorb electricity anyways."

Manny nodded, leading the way to the shoe section after taking Wight's clothes and tossing them into the cart. Once they were with the shoes, he gestured broadly, "Take your pick....sneakers, sandals, flip flops....take your pick"

Wight looks at the many shoes. he tries on a blue and yellow pair and smiles "Oooo...though they don't allow my feet to breath, tehy are quite comfy..." he picks up the box and points to the words 'Arch support' "What does that mean? it seems important.....I should really learn to read your characters hmmm?"

Manny laughed, "Yeah, I 'spose reading helps. And arch support means....ya know I don't really know....but it's something about keeping your feet healthy and not from like....dying."

Wight's eyes widen "These shoes prevent death?" he looks down at them as if they were a holy relic.

Manny laughed, "Okay...so I exaggerated. They just keep your feet healthy or something like that. It's good to have. But in my defense, no one ever explains Arch Support."

"Who knows, they could save your life one day...", Manny chuckled at the thought, "Le's see...we got clothes...shoes. Great....time for the boring stuff. You need a toothbrush....and other life nessecities."

((OOC: Since I have control of High Mage's characters till he gets back, I'll just have Chris reply to Collin's question.))
"Well, yes, I suppose I would shock you if you touched me. But, as Morgen says, since his powers involve electricity, I'm positive he would be perfectly safe handling me.," Chris said. He then hopped on the bed next to Morgen and flopped onto his back ,stretching his limbs. "Ah, so soft! This is much better than bark..."
Morgen smiled. "Yeah, I would hope it's better than bark." Collin munched on another nugget. "Welp, sounds like you guy's powers work in sync with each other then. 'Metal Electric Squirrel Attack!'" Morgen laughed at that. "Haha, this isn't some cartoon or something Collin! It's not like I make up names for my attacks. Although that would be kinda cool..."

"You think that now..." Manny commented, "It get's worse. An' they're for brushin' your teeth. Ya know, prevent tooth decay, gingivitis.....other bad crap..."

Very much doable as well." he said from his position on the bed. He turned metal. "Lets try it out."

"What? Now?," Morgen asked, surprised. "But it's night time and all that, and we're at a motel!" "Wouldn't that be the perfect time to test it out? At night?," Collin asked. "Well...maybe...but I don't really feel like transforming...," Morgen said shyly, looking off across the room at nothing in particular.
